ਆਲ ਜਾਲ ਬਿਕਾਰ ਤਜਿ ਸਭਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨਾ ਨਿਤਿ ਗਾਉ
आल जाल बिकार तजि सभि हरि गुना निति गाउ ॥
Āl jāl bikār ṯaj sabẖ har gunā niṯ gā▫o.
Abandon all your entanglements and corruption; sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord forever.

ਕਰ ਜੋੜਿ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦਾਨੁ ਮਾਂਗੈ ਦੇਹੁ ਅਪਨਾ ਨਾਉ ॥੨॥੧॥੬॥
कर जोड़ि नानकु दानु मांगै देहु अपना नाउ ॥२॥१॥६॥
Kar joṛ Nānak ḏān māʼngai ḏeh apnā nā▫o. ||2||1||6||
With palms pressed together, Nanak begs for this blessing; please bless me with Your Name. ||2||1||6||

ਮਾਲੀ ਗਉੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ
माली गउड़ा महला ५ ॥
Mālī ga▫uṛā mėhlā 5.
Maalee Gauraa, Fifth Mehl:

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਮਰਥ ਦੇਵ ਅਪਾਰ
प्रभ समरथ देव अपार ॥
Parabẖ samrath ḏev apār.
God is all-powerful, divine and infinite.

ਕਉਨੁ ਜਾਨੈ ਚਲਿਤ ਤੇਰੇ ਕਿਛੁ ਅੰਤੁ ਨਾਹੀ ਪਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
कउनु जानै चलित तेरे किछु अंतु नाही पार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Ka▫un jānai cẖaliṯ ṯere kicẖẖ anṯ nāhī pār. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Who knows Your wondrous plays? You have no end or limitation. ||1||Pause||

ਇਕ ਖਿਨਹਿ ਥਾਪਿ ਉਥਾਪਦਾ ਘੜਿ ਭੰਨਿ ਕਰਨੈਹਾਰੁ
इक खिनहि थापि उथापदा घड़ि भंनि करनैहारु ॥
Ik kẖinėh thāp uthāpaḏā gẖaṛ bẖann karnaihār.
In an instant, You establish and disestablish; You create and destroy, O Creator Lord.

ਜੇਤ ਕੀਨ ਉਪਾਰਜਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਦਾਨੁ ਦੇਇ ਦਾਤਾਰ ॥੧॥
जेत कीन उपारजना प्रभु दानु देइ दातार ॥१॥
Jeṯ kīn upārjanā parabẖ ḏān ḏe▫e ḏāṯār. ||1||
As many beings as You created, God, so many You bless with Your blessings. ||1||

ਹਰਿ ਸਰਨਿ ਆਇਓ ਦਾਸੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਊਚ ਅਗਮ ਮੁਰਾਰ
हरि सरनि आइओ दासु तेरा प्रभ ऊच अगम मुरार ॥
Har saran ā▫i▫o ḏās ṯerā parabẖ ūcẖ agam murār.
I have come to Your Sanctuary, Lord; I am Your slave, O Inaccessible Lord God.

ਕਢਿ ਲੇਹੁ ਭਉਜਲ ਬਿਖਮ ਤੇ ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰ ॥੨॥੨॥੭॥
कढि लेहु भउजल बिखम ते जनु नानकु सद बलिहार ॥२॥२॥७॥
Kadẖ leho bẖa▫ojal bikẖam ṯe jan Nānak saḏ balihār. ||2||2||7||
Lift me up and pull me out of the terrifying, treacherous world-ocean; servant Nanak is forever a sacrifice to You. ||2||2||7||

ਮਾਲੀ ਗਉੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ
माली गउड़ा महला ५ ॥
Mālī ga▫uṛā mėhlā 5.
Maalee Gauraa, Fifth Mehl:

ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਬਸਿ ਰਹੇ ਗੋਪਾਲ
मनि तनि बसि रहे गोपाल ॥
Man ṯan bas rahe gopāl.
The Lord of the World abides in my mind and body.

ਦੀਨ ਬਾਂਧਵ ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
दीन बांधव भगति वछल सदा सदा क्रिपाल ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Ḏīn bāʼnḏẖav bẖagaṯ vacẖẖal saḏā saḏā kirpāl. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Friend of the meek, Lover of His devotees, forever and ever merciful. ||1||Pause||

ਆਦਿ ਅੰਤੇ ਮਧਿ ਤੂਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬਿਨਾ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਇ
आदि अंते मधि तूहै प्रभ बिना नाही कोइ ॥
Āḏ anṯe maḏẖ ṯūhai parabẖ binā nāhī ko▫e.
In the beginning, in the end and in the middle, You alone exist, God; there is none other than You.

ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਗਲ ਮੰਡਲ ਏਕੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਸੋਇ ॥੧॥
पूरि रहिआ सगल मंडल एकु सुआमी सोइ ॥१॥
Pūr rahi▫ā sagal mandal ek su▫āmī so▫e. ||1||
He is totally permeating and pervading all worlds; He is the One and only Lord and Master. ||1||

ਕਰਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਰਸਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਉ
करनि हरि जसु नेत्र दरसनु रसनि हरि गुन गाउ ॥
Karan har jas neṯar ḏarsan rasan har gun gā▫o.
With my ears I hear God's Praises, and with my eyes I behold the Blessed Vision of His Darshan; with my tongue I sing the Lord's Glorious Praises.

ਬਲਿਹਾਰਿ ਜਾਏ ਸਦਾ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦੇਹੁ ਅਪਣਾ ਨਾਉ ॥੨॥੩॥੮॥੬॥੧੪॥
बलिहारि जाए सदा नानकु देहु अपणा नाउ ॥२॥३॥८॥६॥१४॥
Balihār jā▫e saḏā Nānak ḏeh apṇā nā▫o. ||2||3||8||6||14||
Nanak is forever a sacrifice to You; please, bless me with Your Name. ||2||3||8||6||14||

ਮਾਲੀ ਗਉੜਾ ਬਾਣੀ ਭਗਤ ਨਾਮਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਕੀ
माली गउड़ा बाणी भगत नामदेव जी की
Mālī ga▫uṛā baṇī bẖagaṯ Nāmḏev jī kī
Maalee Gauraa, The Word Of Devotee Naam Dayv Jee:

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ
ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥
Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ.
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਧਨਿ ਧੰਨਿ ਰਾਮ ਬੇਨੁ ਬਾਜੈ
धनि धंनि ओ राम बेनु बाजै ॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan o rām ben bājai.
Blessed, blessed is that flute which the Lord plays.

ਮਧੁਰ ਮਧੁਰ ਧੁਨਿ ਅਨਹਤ ਗਾਜੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
मधुर मधुर धुनि अनहत गाजै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Maḏẖur maḏẖur ḏẖun anhaṯ gājai. ||1|| rahā▫o.
The sweet, sweet unstruck sound current sings forth. ||1||Pause||

ਧਨਿ ਧਨਿ ਮੇਘਾ ਰੋਮਾਵਲੀ
धनि धनि मेघा रोमावली ॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan megẖā romāvalī.
Blessed, blessed is the wool of the sheep;

ਧਨਿ ਧਨਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਓਢੈ ਕਾਂਬਲੀ ॥੧॥
धनि धनि क्रिसन ओढै कांबली ॥१॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan krisan odẖai kāʼnblī. ||1||
blessed, blessed is the blanket worn by Krishna. ||1||

ਧਨਿ ਧਨਿ ਤੂ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੇਵਕੀ
धनि धनि तू माता देवकी ॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan ṯū māṯā ḏevkī.
Blessed, blessed are you, O mother Dayvakee;

ਜਿਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਰਮਈਆ ਕਵਲਾਪਤੀ ॥੨॥
जिह ग्रिह रमईआ कवलापती ॥२॥
Jih garih rama▫ī▫ā kavalāpaṯī. ||2||
into your home the Lord was born. ||2||

ਧਨਿ ਧਨਿ ਬਨ ਖੰਡ ਬਿੰਦ੍ਰਾਬਨਾ
धनि धनि बन खंड बिंद्राबना ॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan ban kẖand binḏrābanā.
Blessed, blessed are the forests of Brindaaban;

ਜਹ ਖੇਲੈ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਨਾਰਾਇਨਾ ॥੩॥
जह खेलै स्री नाराइना ॥३॥
Jah kẖelai sarī nārā▫inā. ||3||
the Supreme Lord plays there. ||3||

ਬੇਨੁ ਬਜਾਵੈ ਗੋਧਨੁ ਚਰੈ
बेनु बजावै गोधनु चरै ॥
Ben bajāvai goḏẖan cẖarai.
He plays the flute, and herds the cows;

ਨਾਮੇ ਕਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਆਨਦ ਕਰੈ ॥੪॥੧॥
नामे का सुआमी आनद करै ॥४॥१॥
Nāme kā su▫āmī ānaḏ karai. ||4||1||
Naam Dayv's Lord and Master plays happily. ||4||1||

ਮੇਰੋ ਬਾਪੁ ਮਾਧਉ ਤੂ ਧਨੁ ਕੇਸੌ ਸਾਂਵਲੀਓ ਬੀਠੁਲਾਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
मेरो बापु माधउ तू धनु केसौ सांवलीओ बीठुलाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Mero bāp māḏẖa▫o ṯū ḏẖan kesou sāʼnvlī▫o bīṯẖulā▫e. ||1|| rahā▫o.
O my Father, Lord of wealth, blessed are You, long-haired, dark-skinned, my darling. ||1||Pause||

ਕਰ ਧਰੇ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਬੈਕੁੰਠ ਤੇ ਆਏ ਗਜ ਹਸਤੀ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਉਧਾਰੀਅਲੇ
कर धरे चक्र बैकुंठ ते आए गज हसती के प्रान उधारीअले ॥
Kar ḏẖare cẖakar baikunṯẖ ṯe ā▫e gaj hasṯī ke parān uḏẖārī▫ale.
You hold the steel chakra in Your hand; You came down from Heaven, and saved the life of the elephant.

ਦੁਹਸਾਸਨ ਕੀ ਸਭਾ ਦ੍ਰੋਪਤੀ ਅੰਬਰ ਲੇਤ ਉਬਾਰੀਅਲੇ ॥੧॥
दुहसासन की सभा द्रोपती अम्बर लेत उबारीअले ॥१॥
Ḏuhsāsan kī sabẖā ḏaropaṯī ambar leṯ ubārī▫ale. ||1||
In the court of Duhsaasan, You saved the honor of Dropati, when her clothes were being removed. ||1||

ਗੋਤਮ ਨਾਰਿ ਅਹਲਿਆ ਤਾਰੀ ਪਾਵਨ ਕੇਤਕ ਤਾਰੀਅਲੇ
गोतम नारि अहलिआ तारी पावन केतक तारीअले ॥
Goṯam nār ahli▫ā ṯārī pāvan keṯak ṯārī▫ale.
You saved Ahliyaa, the wife of Gautam; how many have You purified and carried across?

ਐਸਾ ਅਧਮੁ ਅਜਾਤਿ ਨਾਮਦੇਉ ਤਉ ਸਰਨਾਗਤਿ ਆਈਅਲੇ ॥੨॥੨॥
ऐसा अधमु अजाति नामदेउ तउ सरनागति आईअले ॥२॥२॥
Aisā aḏẖam ajāṯ nāmḏe▫o ṯa▫o sarnāgaṯ ā▫ī▫ale. ||2||2||
Such a lowly outcaste as Naam Dayv has come seeking Your Sanctuary. ||2||2||

ਸਭੈ ਘਟ ਰਾਮੁ ਬੋਲੈ ਰਾਮਾ ਬੋਲੈ
सभै घट रामु बोलै रामा बोलै ॥
Sabẖai gẖat rām bolai rāmā bolai.
Within all hearts, the Lord speaks, the Lord speaks.

ਰਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੋ ਬੋਲੈ ਰੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
राम बिना को बोलै रे ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Rām binā ko bolai re. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Who else speaks, other than the Lord? ||1||Pause||

ਏਕਲ ਮਾਟੀ ਕੁੰਜਰ ਚੀਟੀ ਭਾਜਨ ਹੈਂ ਬਹੁ ਨਾਨਾ ਰੇ
एकल माटी कुंजर चीटी भाजन हैं बहु नाना रे ॥
Ėkal mātī kunjar cẖītī bẖājan haiʼn baho nānā re.
Out of the same clay, the elephant, the ant, and the many sorts of species are formed.

ਅਸਥਾਵਰ ਜੰਗਮ ਕੀਟ ਪਤੰਗਮ ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਰਾਮੁ ਸਮਾਨਾ ਰੇ ॥੧॥
असथावर जंगम कीट पतंगम घटि घटि रामु समाना रे ॥१॥
Asthāvar jangam kīt paṯangam gẖat gẖat rām samānā re. ||1||
In stationary life forms, moving beings, worms, moths and within each and every heart, the Lord is contained. ||1||

ਏਕਲ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਰਾਖੁ ਅਨੰਤਾ ਅਉਰ ਤਜਹੁ ਸਭ ਆਸਾ ਰੇ
एकल चिंता राखु अनंता अउर तजहु सभ आसा रे ॥
Ėkal cẖinṯā rākẖ ananṯā a▫or ṯajahu sabẖ āsā re.
Remember the One, Infinite Lord; abandon all other hopes.

ਪ੍ਰਣਵੈ ਨਾਮਾ ਭਏ ਨਿਹਕਾਮਾ ਕੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਕੋ ਦਾਸਾ ਰੇ ॥੨॥੩॥
प्रणवै नामा भए निहकामा को ठाकुरु को दासा रे ॥२॥३॥
Paraṇvai nāmā bẖa▫e nihkāmā ko ṯẖākur ko ḏāsā re. ||2||3||
Naam Dayv prays, I have become dispassionate and detached; who is the Lord and Master, and who is the slave? ||2||3||
