ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ
ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥
Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ.
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ਘਰੁ
रामकली महला ३ घरु १ ॥
Rāmkalī mėhlā 3 gẖar 1.
Raamkalee, Third Mehl, First House:

ਸਤਜੁਗਿ ਸਚੁ ਕਹੈ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਈ
सतजुगि सचु कहै सभु कोई ॥
Saṯjug sacẖ kahai sabẖ ko▫ī.
In the Golden Age of Sat Yuga, everyone spoke the Truth.

ਘਰਿ ਘਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਈ
घरि घरि भगति गुरमुखि होई ॥
Gẖar gẖar bẖagaṯ gurmukẖ ho▫ī.
In each and every home, devotional worship was performed by the people, according to the Guru's Teachings.

ਸਤਜੁਗਿ ਧਰਮੁ ਪੈਰ ਹੈ ਚਾਰਿ
सतजुगि धरमु पैर है चारि ॥
Saṯjug ḏẖaram pair hai cẖār.
In that Golden Age, Dharma had four feet.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੂਝੈ ਕੋ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥੧॥
गुरमुखि बूझै को बीचारि ॥१॥
Gurmukẖ būjẖai ko bīcẖār. ||1||
How rare are those people who, as Gurmukh, contemplate this and understand. ||1||

ਜੁਗ ਚਾਰੇ ਨਾਮਿ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਹੋਈ
जुग चारे नामि वडिआई होई ॥
Jug cẖāre nām vadi▫ā▫ī ho▫ī.
In all four ages, the Naam, the Name of the Lord, is glory and greatness.

ਜਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਲਾਗੈ ਸੋ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਗੁਰ ਬਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਕੋਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
जि नामि लागै सो मुकति होवै गुर बिनु नामु न पावै कोई ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Jė nām lāgai so mukaṯ hovai gur bin nām na pāvai ko▫ī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
One who holds tight to the Naam is liberated; without the Guru, no one obtains the Naam. ||1||Pause||

ਤ੍ਰੇਤੈ ਇਕ ਕਲ ਕੀਨੀ ਦੂਰਿ
त्रेतै इक कल कीनी दूरि ॥
Ŧareṯai ik kal kīnī ḏūr.
In the Silver Age of Traytaa Yuga, one leg was removed.

ਪਾਖੰਡੁ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਜਾਣਨਿ ਦੂਰਿ
पाखंडु वरतिआ हरि जाणनि दूरि ॥
Pakẖand varṯi▫ā har jāṇan ḏūr.
Hypocrisy became prevalent, and people thought that the Lord was far away.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੂਝੈ ਸੋਝੀ ਹੋਈ
गुरमुखि बूझै सोझी होई ॥
Gurmukẖ būjẖai sojẖī ho▫ī.
The Gurmukhs still understood and realized;

ਅੰਤਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਸੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ॥੨॥
अंतरि नामु वसै सुखु होई ॥२॥
Anṯar nām vasai sukẖ ho▫ī. ||2||
the Naam abided deep within them, and they were at peace. ||2||

ਦੁਆਪੁਰਿ ਦੂਜੈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਹੋਇ
दुआपुरि दूजै दुबिधा होइ ॥
Ḏu▫āpur ḏūjai ḏubiḏẖā ho▫e.
In the Brass Age of Dwaapur Yuga, duality and double-mindedness arose.

ਭਰਮਿ ਭੁਲਾਨੇ ਜਾਣਹਿ ਦੋਇ
भरमि भुलाने जाणहि दोइ ॥
Bẖaram bẖulāne jāṇėh ḏo▫e.
Deluded by doubt, they knew duality.

ਦੁਆਪੁਰਿ ਧਰਮਿ ਦੁਇ ਪੈਰ ਰਖਾਏ
दुआपुरि धरमि दुइ पैर रखाए ॥
Ḏu▫āpur ḏẖaram ḏu▫e pair rakẖā▫e.
In this Brass Age, Dharma was left with only two feet.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੋਵੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਏ ॥੩॥
गुरमुखि होवै त नामु द्रिड़ाए ॥३॥
Gurmukẖ hovai ṯa nām driṛ▫ā▫e. ||3||
Those who became Gurmukh implanted the Naam deep within. ||3||

ਕਲਜੁਗਿ ਧਰਮ ਕਲਾ ਇਕ ਰਹਾਏ
कलजुगि धरम कला इक रहाए ॥
Kaljug ḏẖaram kalā ik rahā▫e.
In the Iron Age of Kali Yuga, Dharma was left with only one power.

ਇਕ ਪੈਰਿ ਚਲੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਮੋਹੁ ਵਧਾਏ
इक पैरि चलै माइआ मोहु वधाए ॥
Ik pair cẖalai mā▫i▫ā moh vaḏẖā▫e.
It walks on just one foot; love and emotional attachment to Maya have increased.

ਮਾਇਆ ਮੋਹੁ ਅਤਿ ਗੁਬਾਰੁ
माइआ मोहु अति गुबारु ॥
Mā▫i▫ā moh aṯ gubār.
Love and emotional attachment to Maya bring total darkness.

ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਉਧਾਰੁ ॥੪॥
सतगुरु भेटै नामि उधारु ॥४॥
Saṯgur bẖetai nām uḏẖār. ||4||
If someone meets the True Guru, he is saved, through the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ||4||

ਸਭ ਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਸਾਚਾ ਏਕੋ ਸੋਈ
सभ जुग महि साचा एको सोई ॥
Sabẖ jug mėh sācẖā eko so▫ī.
Throughout the ages, there is only the One True Lord.

ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਸਚੁ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਹੀ ਕੋਈ
सभ महि सचु दूजा नही कोई ॥
Sabẖ mėh sacẖ ḏūjā nahī ko▫ī.
Among all, is the True Lord; there is no other at all.

ਸਾਚੀ ਕੀਰਤਿ ਸਚੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ
साची कीरति सचु सुखु होई ॥
Sācẖī kīraṯ sacẖ sukẖ ho▫ī.
Praising the True Lord, true peace is attained.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੈ ਕੋਈ ॥੫॥
गुरमुखि नामु वखाणै कोई ॥५॥
Gurmukẖ nām vakẖāṇai ko▫ī. ||5||
How rare are those, who as Gurmukh, chant the Naam. ||5||

ਸਭ ਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਊਤਮੁ ਹੋਈ
सभ जुग महि नामु ऊतमु होई ॥
Sabẖ jug mėh nām ūṯam ho▫ī.
Throughout all the ages, the Naam is the ultimate, the most sublime.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਬੂਝੈ ਕੋਈ
गुरमुखि विरला बूझै कोई ॥
Gurmukẖ virlā būjẖai ko▫ī.
How rare are those, who as Gurmukh, understand this.

ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਏ ਭਗਤੁ ਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ
हरि नामु धिआए भगतु जनु सोई ॥
Har nām ḏẖi▫ā▫e bẖagaṯ jan so▫ī.
One who meditates on the Lord's Name is a humble devotee.

ਨਾਨਕ ਜੁਗਿ ਜੁਗਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਹੋਈ ॥੬॥੧॥
नानक जुगि जुगि नामि वडिआई होई ॥६॥१॥
Nānak jug jug nām vadi▫ā▫ī ho▫ī. ||6||1||
O Nanak, in each and every age, the Naam is glory and greatness. ||6||1||

ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ਘਰੁ

Raamkalee, Fourth Mehl, First House:

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ

Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ.

ਜੇ ਵਡ ਭਾਗ ਹੋਵਹਿ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ
जे वड भाग होवहि वडभागी ता हरि हरि नामु धिआवै ॥
Je vad bẖāg hovėh vadbẖāgī ṯā har har nām ḏẖi▫āvai.
If someone is very fortunate, and is blessed with great high destiny, then he meditates on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ ਨਾਮੇ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੇ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਵੈ ॥੧॥
नामु जपत नामे सुखु पावै हरि नामे नामि समावै ॥१॥
Nām japaṯ nāme sukẖ pāvai har nāme nām samāvai. ||1||
Chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord, he finds peace, and merges in the Naam. ||1||

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹੁ ਸਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ
गुरमुखि भगति करहु सद प्राणी ॥
Gurmukẖ bẖagaṯ karahu saḏ parāṇī.
O mortal, as Gurmukh, worship the Lord in devotion forever.

ਹਿਰਦੈ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਣੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
हिरदै प्रगासु होवै लिव लागै गुरमति हरि हरि नामि समाणी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Hirḏai pargās hovai liv lāgai gurmaṯ har har nām samāṇī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Your heart shall be illumined; through the Guru's Teachings, lovingly attune yourself to the Lord. You shall merge in the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ||1||Pause||

ਹੀਰਾ ਰਤਨ ਜਵੇਹਰ ਮਾਣਕ ਬਹੁ ਸਾਗਰ ਭਰਪੂਰੁ ਕੀਆ
हीरा रतन जवेहर माणक बहु सागर भरपूरु कीआ ॥
Hīrā raṯan javehar māṇak baho sāgar bẖarpūr kī▫ā.
The Great Giver is filled with diamonds, emeralds, rubies and pearls;

ਜਿਸੁ ਵਡ ਭਾਗੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਵਡ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਤਿਨਿ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਕਢਿ ਕਢਿ ਲੀਆ ॥੨॥
जिसु वड भागु होवै वड मसतकि तिनि गुरमति कढि कढि लीआ ॥२॥
Jis vad bẖāg hovai vad masṯak ṯin gurmaṯ kadẖ kadẖ lī▫ā. ||2||
one who has good fortune and great destiny inscribed upon his forehead, digs them out, by following the Guru's Teachings. ||2||

ਰਤਨੁ ਜਵੇਹਰੁ ਲਾਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਾ ਗੁਰਿ ਕਾਢਿ ਤਲੀ ਦਿਖਲਾਇਆ
रतनु जवेहरु लालु हरि नामा गुरि काढि तली दिखलाइआ ॥
Raṯan javehar lāl har nāmā gur kādẖ ṯalī ḏikẖlā▫i▫ā.
The Lord's Name is the jewel, the emerald, the ruby; digging it out, the Guru has placed it in your palm.

ਭਾਗਹੀਣ ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਨਹੀ ਲੀਆ ਤ੍ਰਿਣ ਓਲੈ ਲਾਖੁ ਛਪਾਇਆ ॥੩॥
भागहीण मनमुखि नही लीआ त्रिण ओलै लाखु छपाइआ ॥३॥
Bẖāghīṇ manmukẖ nahī lī▫ā ṯariṇ olai lākẖ cẖẖapā▫i▫ā. ||3||
The unfortunate, self-willed manmukh does not obtain it; this priceless jewel remains hidden behind a curtain of straw. ||3||

ਮਸਤਕਿ ਭਾਗੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਧੁਰਿ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਤਾ ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਏ
मसतकि भागु होवै धुरि लिखिआ ता सतगुरु सेवा लाए ॥
Masṯak bẖāg hovai ḏẖur likẖi▫ā ṯā saṯgur sevā lā▫e.
If such pre-ordained destiny is written upon one's forehead, then the True Guru enjoins him to serve Him.

ਨਾਨਕ ਰਤਨ ਜਵੇਹਰ ਪਾਵੈ ਧਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਏ ॥੪॥੧॥
नानक रतन जवेहर पावै धनु धनु गुरमति हरि पाए ॥४॥१॥
Nānak raṯan javehar pāvai ḏẖan ḏẖan gurmaṯ har pā▫e. ||4||1||
O Nanak, then he obtains the jewel, the gem; blessed, blessed is that one who follows the Guru's Teachings, and finds the Lord. ||4||1||

ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ
रामकली महला ४ ॥
Rāmkalī mėhlā 4.
Raamkalee, Fourth Mehl:

ਰਾਮ ਜਨਾ ਮਿਲਿ ਭਇਆ ਅਨੰਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਨੀਕੀ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਨਾਇ
राम जना मिलि भइआ अनंदा हरि नीकी कथा सुनाइ ॥
Rām janā mil bẖa▫i▫ā ananḏā har nīkī kathā sunā▫e.
Meeting with the humble servants of the Lord, I am in ecstasy; they preach the sublime sermon of the Lord.

ਦੁਰਮਤਿ ਮੈਲੁ ਗਈ ਸਭ ਨੀਕਲਿ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਬੁਧਿ ਪਾਇ ॥੧॥
दुरमति मैलु गई सभ नीकलि सतसंगति मिलि बुधि पाइ ॥१॥
Ḏurmaṯ mail ga▫ī sabẖ nīkal saṯsangaṯ mil buḏẖ pā▫e. ||1||
The filth of evil-mindedness is totally washed away; joining the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, one is blessed with understanding. ||1||
