ਕਰਿ ਸੇਵਹਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਭੁਖ ਜਾਇ ਲਹਿ ਮੇਰੀ
करि सेवहि पूरा सतिगुरू भुख जाइ लहि मेरी ॥
Kar sevėh pūrā saṯgurū bẖukẖ jā▫e lėh merī.
He serves the Perfect True Guru, and his hunger and self-conceit are eliminated.

ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾ ਕੀ ਭੁਖ ਸਭ ਗਈ ਤਿਨ ਪਿਛੈ ਹੋਰ ਖਾਇ ਘਨੇਰੀ
गुरसिखा की भुख सभ गई तिन पिछै होर खाइ घनेरी ॥
Gursikẖā kī bẖukẖ sabẖ ga▫ī ṯin picẖẖai hor kẖā▫e gẖanerī.
The hunger of the GurSikh is totally eliminated; indeed, many others are satisfied through them.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਬੀਜਿਆ ਫਿਰਿ ਤੋਟਿ ਆਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਪੁੰਨ ਕੇਰੀ ॥੩॥
जन नानक हरि पुंनु बीजिआ फिरि तोटि न आवै हरि पुंन केरी ॥३॥
Jan Nānak har punn bīji▫ā fir ṯot na āvai har punn kerī. ||3||
Servant Nanak has planted the Seed of the Lord's Goodness; this Goodness of the Lord shall never be exhausted. ||3||

ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਾਧਾਈਆ ਜਿਨ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਡਿਠਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
गुरसिखा मनि वाधाईआ जिन मेरा सतिगुरू डिठा राम राजे ॥
Gursikẖā man vāḏẖā▫ī▫ā jin merā saṯgurū diṯẖā rām rāje.
The minds of the GurSikhs rejoice, because they have seen my True Guru, O Lord King.

ਕੋਈ ਕਰਿ ਗਲ ਸੁਣਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਸੋ ਲਗੈ ਗੁਰਸਿਖਾ ਮਨਿ ਮਿਠਾ
कोई करि गल सुणावै हरि नाम की सो लगै गुरसिखा मनि मिठा ॥
Ko▫ī kar gal suṇāvai har nām kī so lagai gursikẖā man miṯẖā.
If someone recites to them the story of the Lord's Name, it seems so sweet to the mind of those GurSikhs.

ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਪੈਨਾਈਅਹਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਤੁਠਾ
हरि दरगह गुरसिख पैनाईअहि जिन्हा मेरा सतिगुरु तुठा ॥
Har ḏargėh gursikẖ painā▫ī▫ah jinĥā merā saṯgur ṯuṯẖā.
The GurSikhs are robed in honor in the Court of the Lord; my True Guru is very pleased with them.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਵੁਠਾ ॥੪॥੧੨॥੧੯॥
जन नानकु हरि हरि होइआ हरि हरि मनि वुठा ॥४॥१२॥१९॥
Jan Nānak har har ho▫i▫ā har har man vuṯẖā. ||4||12||19||
Servant Nanak has become the Lord, Har, Har; the Lord, Har, Har, abides within his mind. ||4||12||19||

ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ
आसा महला ४ ॥
Āsā mėhlā 4.
Aasaa, Fourth Mehl:

ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਵੈ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
जिन्हा भेटिआ मेरा पूरा सतिगुरू तिन हरि नामु द्रिड़ावै राम राजे ॥
Jinĥā bẖeti▫ā merā pūrā saṯgurū ṯin har nām ḏariṛ▫āvai rām rāje.
Those who meet my Perfect True Guru - He implants within them the Name of the Lord, the Lord King.

ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਭੁਖ ਸਭ ਉਤਰੈ ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਵੈ
तिस की त्रिसना भुख सभ उतरै जो हरि नामु धिआवै ॥
Ŧis kī ṯarisnā bẖukẖ sabẖ uṯrai jo har nām ḏẖi▫āvai.
Those who meditate on the Lord's Name have all of their desire and hunger removed.

ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਦੇ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਜਮੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਆਵੈ
जो हरि हरि नामु धिआइदे तिन्ह जमु नेड़ि न आवै ॥
Jo har har nām ḏẖi▫ā▫iḏe ṯinĥ jam neṛ na āvai.
Those who meditate on the Name of the Lord, Har, Har - the Messenger of Death cannot even approach them.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਨਿਤ ਜਪੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਤਰਾਵੈ ॥੧॥
जन नानक कउ हरि क्रिपा करि नित जपै हरि नामु हरि नामि तरावै ॥१॥
Jan Nānak ka▫o har kirpā kar niṯ japai har nām har nām ṯarāvai. ||1||
O Lord, shower Your Mercy upon servant Nanak, that he may ever chant the Name of the Lord; through the Name of the Lord, he is saved. ||1||

ਜਿਨੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਤਿਨਾ ਫਿਰਿ ਬਿਘਨੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
जिनी गुरमुखि नामु धिआइआ तिना फिरि बिघनु न होई राम राजे ॥
Jinī gurmukẖ nām ḏẖi▫ā▫i▫ā ṯinā fir bigẖan na ho▫ī rām rāje.
Those who, as Gurmukh, meditate on the Naam, meet no obstacles in their path, O Lord King.

ਜਿਨੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਤਿਨ ਪੂਜੇ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਈ
जिनी सतिगुरु पुरखु मनाइआ तिन पूजे सभु कोई ॥
Jinī saṯgur purakẖ manā▫i▫ā ṯin pūje sabẖ ko▫ī.
Those who are pleasing to the almighty True Guru are worshipped by everyone.

ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਸਦ ਹੋਈ
जिन्ही सतिगुरु पिआरा सेविआ तिन्हा सुखु सद होई ॥
Jinĥī saṯgur pi▫ārā sevi▫ā ṯinĥā sukẖ saḏ ho▫ī.
Those who serve their Beloved True Guru obtain eternal peace.

ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਸੋਈ ॥੨॥
जिन्हा नानकु सतिगुरु भेटिआ तिन्हा मिलिआ हरि सोई ॥२॥
Jinĥā Nānak saṯgur bẖeti▫ā ṯinĥā mili▫ā har so▫ī. ||2||
Those who meet the True Guru, O Nanak - the Lord Himself meets them. ||2||

ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਹੈ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਹਰਿ ਰਖਣਹਾਰਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
जिन्हा अंतरि गुरमुखि प्रीति है तिन्ह हरि रखणहारा राम राजे ॥
Jinĥā anṯar gurmukẖ parīṯ hai ṯinĥ har rakẖaṇhārā rām rāje.
Those Gurmukhs, who are filled with His Love, have the Lord as their Saving Grace, O Lord King.

ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਕੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਆ ਕਰੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ
तिन्ह की निंदा कोई किआ करे जिन्ह हरि नामु पिआरा ॥
Ŧinĥ kī ninḏā ko▫ī ki▫ā kare jinĥ har nām pi▫ārā.
How can anyone slander them? The Lord's Name is dear to them.

ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਨਿਆ ਸਭ ਦੁਸਟ ਝਖ ਮਾਰਾ
जिन हरि सेती मनु मानिआ सभ दुसट झख मारा ॥
Jin har seṯī man māni▫ā sabẖ ḏusat jẖakẖ mārā.
Those whose minds are in harmony with the Lord - all their enemies attack them in vain.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਰਖਣਹਾਰਾ ॥੩॥
जन नानक नामु धिआइआ हरि रखणहारा ॥३॥
Jan Nānak nām ḏẖi▫ā▫i▫ā har rakẖaṇhārā. ||3||
Servant Nanak meditates on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the Lord Protector. ||3||

ਹਰਿ ਜੁਗੁ ਜੁਗੁ ਭਗਤ ਉਪਾਇਆ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਦਾ ਆਇਆ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
हरि जुगु जुगु भगत उपाइआ पैज रखदा आइआ राम राजे ॥
Har jug jug bẖagaṯ upā▫i▫ā paij rakẖ▫ḏā ā▫i▫ā rām rāje.
In each and every age, He creates His devotees and preserves their honor, O Lord King.

ਹਰਣਾਖਸੁ ਦੁਸਟੁ ਹਰਿ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਹਲਾਦੁ ਤਰਾਇਆ
हरणाखसु दुसटु हरि मारिआ प्रहलादु तराइआ ॥
Harṇākẖas ḏusat har māri▫ā parahlāḏ ṯarā▫i▫ā.
The Lord killed the wicked Harnaakhash, and saved Prahlaad.

ਅਹੰਕਾਰੀਆ ਨਿੰਦਕਾ ਪਿਠਿ ਦੇਇ ਨਾਮਦੇਉ ਮੁਖਿ ਲਾਇਆ
अहंकारीआ निंदका पिठि देइ नामदेउ मुखि लाइआ ॥
Ahaʼnkārī▫ā ninḏkā piṯẖ ḏe▫e nāmḏe▫o mukẖ lā▫i▫ā.
He turned his back on the egotists and slanderers, and showed His Face to Naam Dayv.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਐਸਾ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਅੰਤਿ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਇਆ ॥੪॥੧੩॥੨੦॥
जन नानक ऐसा हरि सेविआ अंति लए छडाइआ ॥४॥१३॥२०॥
Jan Nānak aisā har sevi▫ā anṯ la▫e cẖẖadā▫i▫ā. ||4||13||20||
Servant Nanak has so served the Lord, that He will deliver him in the end. ||4||13||20||

ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ ਛੰਤ ਘਰੁ
आसा महला ४ छंत घरु ५
Āsā mėhlā 4 cẖẖanṯ gẖar 5
Aasaa, Fourth Mehl, Chhant, Fifth House:

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ
ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥
Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ.
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਵੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਆਉ ਘਰੇ
मेरे मन परदेसी वे पिआरे आउ घरे ॥
Mere man parḏesī ve pi▫āre ā▫o gẖare.
O my dear beloved stranger mind, please come home!

ਹਰਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾਵਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਘਰਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਰੇ
हरि गुरू मिलावहु मेरे पिआरे घरि वसै हरे ॥
Har gurū milāvhu mere pi▫āre gẖar vasai hare.
Meet with the Lord-Guru, O my dear beloved, and He will dwell in the home of your self.

ਰੰਗਿ ਰਲੀਆ ਮਾਣਹੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇ
रंगि रलीआ माणहु मेरे पिआरे हरि किरपा करे ॥
Rang ralī▫ā māṇhu mere pi▫āre har kirpā kare.
Revel in His Love, O my dear beloved, as the Lord bestows His Mercy.

ਗੁਰੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਤੁਠਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮੇਲੇ ਹਰੇ ॥੧॥
गुरु नानकु तुठा मेरे पिआरे मेले हरे ॥१॥
Gur Nānak ṯuṯẖā mere pi▫āre mele hare. ||1||
As Guru Nanak is pleased, O my dear beloved, we are united with the Lord. ||1||

ਮੈ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੁ ਚਾਖਿਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਭਾਉ ਕਰੇ
मै प्रेमु न चाखिआ मेरे पिआरे भाउ करे ॥
Mai parem na cẖākẖi▫ā mere pi▫āre bẖā▫o kare.
I have not tasted divine love, O my dear beloved, within my heart.

ਮਨਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਬੁਝੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨਿਤ ਆਸ ਕਰੇ
मनि त्रिसना न बुझी मेरे पिआरे नित आस करे ॥
Man ṯarisnā na bujẖī mere pi▫āre niṯ ās kare.
The mind's desires are not quenched, O my dear beloved, but I still hold out hope.

ਨਿਤ ਜੋਬਨੁ ਜਾਵੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਜਮੁ ਸਾਸ ਹਿਰੇ
नित जोबनु जावै मेरे पिआरे जमु सास हिरे ॥
Niṯ joban jāvai mere pi▫āre jam sās hire.
Youth is passing away, O my dear beloved, and death is stealing away the breath of life.

ਭਾਗ ਮਣੀ ਸੋਹਾਗਣਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰੇ ॥੨॥
भाग मणी सोहागणि मेरे पिआरे नानक हरि उरि धारे ॥२॥
Bẖāg maṇī sohagaṇ mere pi▫āre Nānak har ur ḏẖāre. ||2||
The virtuous bride realizes the good fortune of her destiny, O my dear beloved; O Nanak, she enshrines the Lord within her heart. ||2||
