ਸਤਗੁਰਿ ਦਯਾਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜੑਾਯਾ ਤਿਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਵਸਿ ਪੰਚ ਕਰੇ ॥
सतगुरि दयालि हरि नामु द्रिड़्हाया तिसु प्रसादि वसि पंच करे ॥
Saṫgur ḋa▫yaal har naam ḋariṛ▫aa▫yaa ṫis parsaaḋ vas panch karé.
The Merciful True Guru has implanted the Lord’s Name within me, and by His Grace, I have overpowered the five thieves.

ਕਵਿ ਕਲੵ ਠਕੁਰ ਹਰਦਾਸ ਤਨੇ ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਸਰ ਅਭਰ ਭਰੇ ॥੩॥
कवि कल्य ठकुर हरदास तने गुर रामदास सर अभर भरे ॥३॥
Kav kal▫y tʰakur harḋaas ṫané gur Raamḋaas sar abʰar bʰaré. ||3||
So, says KALL the poet: Guru Ram Das, the son of Har Das, fills the empty pools to overflowing. ||3||

ਅਨਭਉ ਉਨਮਾਨਿ ਅਕਲ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੀ ਪਾਰਸੁ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਸਹਜ ਘਰੇ ॥
अनभउ उनमानि अकल लिव लागी पारसु भेटिआ सहज घरे ॥
Anbʰa▫o unmaan akal liv laagee paaras bʰéti▫aa sahj gʰaré.
With intuitive detachment, He is lovingly attuned to the Fearless, Unmanifest Lord; He met with Guru Amar Das, the Philosopher’s Stone, within his own home.

ਸਤਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ਪਰਮ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਯਾ ਭਗਤਿ ਭਾਇ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਭਰੇ ॥
सतगुर परसादि परम पदु पाया भगति भाइ भंडार भरे ॥
Saṫgur parsaaḋ param paḋ paa▫yaa bʰagaṫ bʰaa▫é bʰandaar bʰaré.
By the Grace of the True Guru, He attained the supreme-status; He is overflowing with the treasures of loving devotion.

ਮੇਟਿਆ ਜਨਮਾਂਤੁ ਮਰਣ ਭਉ ਭਾਗਾ ਚਿਤੁ ਲਾਗਾ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਰੇ ॥
मेटिआ जनमांतु मरण भउ भागा चितु लागा संतोख सरे ॥
Méti▫aa janmaaⁿṫ maraṇ bʰa▫o bʰaagaa chiṫ laagaa sanṫokʰ saré.
He was released from reincarnation, and the fear of death was taken away. His consciousness is attached to the Lord, the Ocean of contentment.

ਕਵਿ ਕਲੵ ਠਕੁਰ ਹਰਦਾਸ ਤਨੇ ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਸਰ ਅਭਰ ਭਰੇ ॥੪॥
कवि कल्य ठकुर हरदास तने गुर रामदास सर अभर भरे ॥४॥
Kav kal▫y tʰakur harḋaas ṫané gur Raamḋaas sar abʰar bʰaré. ||4||
So, says KALL the poet: Guru Ram Das, the son of Har Das, fills the empty pools to overflowing. ||4||

ਅਭਰ ਭਰੇ ਪਾਯਉ ਅਪਾਰੁ ਰਿਦ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਓ ॥
अभर भरे पायउ अपारु रिद अंतरि धारिओ ॥
Abʰar bʰaré paa▫ya▫o apaar riḋ anṫar ḋʰaari▫o.
He fills the empty to overflowing; He has enshrined the Infinite within His heart.

ਦੁਖ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਆਤਮ ਪ੍ਰਬੋਧੁ ਮਨਿ ਤਤੁ ਬੀਚਾਰਿਓ ॥
दुख भंजनु आतम प्रबोधु मनि ततु बीचारिओ ॥
Ḋukʰ bʰanjan aaṫam parboḋʰ man ṫaṫ beechaari▫o.
Within His mind, He contemplates the essence of reality, the Destroyer of pain, the Enlightener of the soul.

ਸਦਾ ਚਾਇ ਹਰਿ ਭਾਇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਰਸੁ ਆਪੇ ਜਾਣਇ ॥
सदा चाइ हरि भाइ प्रेम रसु आपे जाणइ ॥
Saḋaa chaa▫é har bʰaa▫é parém ras aapé jaaṇ▫é.
He yearns for the Lord’s Love forever; He Himself knows the sublime essence of this Love.

ਸਤਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ਸਹਜ ਸੇਤੀ ਰੰਗੁ ਮਾਣਇ ॥
सतगुर कै परसादि सहज सेती रंगु माणइ ॥
Saṫgur kæ parsaaḋ sahj séṫee rang maaṇ▫é.
By the Grace of the True Guru, He intuitively enjoys this Love.

ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਅੰਗਦ ਸੁਮਤਿ ਗੁਰਿ ਅਮਰਿ ਅਮਰੁ ਵਰਤਾਇਓ ॥
नानक प्रसादि अंगद सुमति गुरि अमरि अमरु वरताइओ ॥
Naanak parsaaḋ angaḋ sumaṫ gur amar amar varṫaa▫i▫o.
By the Grace of Guru Nanak, and the sublime teachings of Guru Angad, Guru Amar Das broadcast the Lord’s Command.

ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਕਲੵੁਚਰੈ ਤੈਂ ਅਟਲ ਅਮਰ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਓ ॥੫॥
गुर रामदास कल्युचरै तैं अटल अमर पदु पाइओ ॥५॥
Gur Raamḋaas kal▫yuchræ ṫæⁿ atal amar paḋ paa▫i▫o. ||5||
So, says KALL: O Guru Ram Das, You have attained the status of eternal and imperishable dignity. ||5||

ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਰੋਵਰਿ ਬਸੈ ਅਮਿਅ ਰਸੁ ਰਸਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸੈ ॥
संतोख सरोवरि बसै अमिअ रसु रसन प्रकासै ॥
Sanṫokʰ sarovar basæ ami▫a ras rasan parkaasæ.
You abide in the pool of contentment; Your tongue reveals the Ambrosial Essence.

ਮਿਲਤ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਉਪਜੈ ਦੁਰਤੁ ਦੂਰੰਤਰਿ ਨਾਸੈ ॥
मिलत सांति उपजै दुरतु दूरंतरि नासै ॥
Milaṫ saaⁿṫ upjæ ḋuraṫ ḋooranṫar naasæ.
Meeting with You, a tranquil peace wells up, and sins run far away.

ਸੁਖ ਸਾਗਰੁ ਪਾਇਅਉ ਦਿੰਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਮਗਿ ਨ ਹੁਟੈ ॥
सुख सागरु पाइअउ दिंतु हरि मगि न हुटै ॥
Sukʰ saagar paa▫i▫a▫o binn har mag na hutæ.
You have attained the Ocean of peace, and You never grow tired on the Lord’s path.

ਸੰਜਮੁ ਸਤੁ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਸੀਲ ਸੰਨਾਹੁ ਮਫੁਟੈ ॥
संजमु सतु संतोखु सील संनाहु मफुटै ॥
Sanjam saṫ sanṫokʰ seel sannahu mafutæ.
The armor of self-restraint, truth, contentment and humility can never be pierced.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣੁ ਬਿਧ ਨੈ ਸਿਰਿਉ ਜਗਿ ਜਸ ਤੂਰੁ ਬਜਾਇਅਉ ॥
सतिगुरु प्रमाणु बिध नै सिरिउ जगि जस तूरु बजाइअउ ॥
Saṫgur parmaaṇ biḋʰ næ siri▫o jag jas ṫoor bajaa▫i▫a▫o.
The Creator Lord certified the True Guru, and now the world blows the trumpet of His Praises.

ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਕਲੵੁਚਰੈ ਤੈ ਅਭੈ ਅਮਰ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਇਅਉ ॥੬॥
गुर रामदास कल्युचरै तै अभै अमर पदु पाइअउ ॥६॥
Gur Raamḋaas kal▫yuchræ ṫæ abʰæ amar paḋ paa▫i▫a▫o. ||6||
So, says KALL: O Guru Ram Das, You have attained the state of fearless immortality. ||6||

ਜਗੁ ਜਿਤਉ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿ ਮਨਿ ਏਕੁ ਧਿਆਯਉ ॥
जगु जितउ सतिगुर प्रमाणि मनि एकु धिआयउ ॥
Jag jiṫa▫o saṫgur parmaaṇ man ék ḋʰi▫aa▫ya▫o.
O certified True Guru, You have conquered the world; You meditate single-mindedly on the One Lord.

ਧਨਿ ਧਨਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਅਮਰਦਾਸੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਯਉ ॥
धनि धनि सतिगुर अमरदासु जिनि नामु द्रिड़ायउ ॥
Ḋʰan ḋʰan saṫgur Amarḋaas jin naam ḋariṛaa▫ya▫o.
Blessed, blessed is Guru Amar Das, the True Guru, who implanted the Naam, the Name of the Lord, deep within.

ਨਵ ਨਿਧਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਰਿਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਤਾ ਕੀ ਦਾਸੀ ॥
नव निधि नामु निधानु रिधि सिधि ता की दासी ॥
Nav niḋʰ naam niḋʰaan riḋʰ siḋʰ ṫaa kee ḋaasee.
The Naam is the wealth of the nine treasures; prosperity and supernatural spiritual powers are His slaves.

ਸਹਜ ਸਰੋਵਰੁ ਮਿਲਿਓ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਭੇਟਿਓ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ॥
सहज सरोवरु मिलिओ पुरखु भेटिओ अबिनासी ॥
Sahj sarovar mili▫o purakʰ bʰéti▫o abʰinaasee.
He is blessed with the ocean of intuitive wisdom; He has met with the Imperishable Lord God.

ਆਦਿ ਲੇ ਭਗਤ ਜਿਤੁ ਲਗਿ ਤਰੇ ਸੋ ਗੁਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਾਇਅਉ ॥
आदि ले भगत जितु लगि तरे सो गुरि नामु द्रिड़ाइअउ ॥
Aaḋ lé bʰagaṫ jiṫ lag ṫaré so gur naam ḋariṛaa▫i▫a▫o.
The Guru has implanted the Naam deep within; attached to the Naam, the devotees have been carried across since ancient times.

ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਕਲੵੁਚਰੈ ਤੈ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਪਾਇਅਉ ॥੭॥
गुर रामदास कल्युचरै तै हरि प्रेम पदारथु पाइअउ ॥७॥
Gur Raamḋaas kal▫yuchræ ṫæ har parém paḋaaraṫʰ paa▫i▫a▫o. ||7||
So, says KALL: O Guru Ram Das, You have obtained the wealth of the Lord’s Love. ||7||

ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਭਗਤਿ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਪੁਬਲੀ ਨ ਹੁਟਇ ॥
प्रेम भगति परवाह प्रीति पुबली न हुटइ ॥
Parém bʰagaṫ parvaah pareeṫ publee na hut▫é.
The flow of loving devotion and primal love does not stop.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਅਥਾਹੁ ਅਮਿਅ ਧਾਰਾ ਰਸੁ ਗੁਟਇ ॥
सतिगुर सबदु अथाहु अमिअ धारा रसु गुटइ ॥
Saṫgur sabaḋ aṫʰaahu ami▫a ḋʰaaraa ras gut▫é.
The True Guru drinks in the stream of nectar, the sublime essence of the Shabad, the Infinite Word of God.

ਮਤਿ ਮਾਤਾ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਪਿਤਾ ਸਰਿ ਸਹਜ ਸਮਾਯਉ ॥
मति माता संतोखु पिता सरि सहज समायउ ॥
Maṫ maaṫaa sanṫokʰ piṫaa sar sahj samaa▫ya▫o.
Wisdom is His mother, and contentment is His father; He is absorbed in the ocean of intuitive peace and poise.

ਆਜੋਨੀ ਸੰਭਵਿਅਉ ਜਗਤੁ ਗੁਰ ਬਚਨਿ ਤਰਾਯਉ ॥
आजोनी स्मभविअउ जगतु गुर बचनि तरायउ ॥
Aajonee sambʰvi▫a▫o jagaṫ gur bachan ṫaraa▫ya▫o.
(Guru Ram Das) is free from the cycle of birth and death and is the form self-manifested God. Guru has spiritually elevated humanity with his words.

ਅਬਿਗਤ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਅਪਰਪਰੁ ਮਨਿ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਵਸਾਇਅਉ ॥
अबिगत अगोचरु अपरपरु मनि गुर सबदु वसाइअउ ॥
Abigaṫ agochar aparpar man gur sabaḋ vasaa▫i▫a▫o.
Within His mind, the Guru has enshrined the Shabad, the Word of the Unseen, Unfathomable, Infinite Lord.

ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਕਲੵੁਚਰੈ ਤੈ ਜਗਤ ਉਧਾਰਣੁ ਪਾਇਅਉ ॥੮॥
गुर रामदास कल्युचरै तै जगत उधारणु पाइअउ ॥८॥
Gur Raamḋaas kal▫yuchræ ṫæ jagaṫ uḋʰaaraṇ paa▫i▫a▫o. ||8||
So, says KALL: O Guru Ram Das, You have attained the Lord, the Saving Grace of the world. ||8||

ਜਗਤ ਉਧਾਰਣੁ ਨਵ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਭਗਤਹ ਭਵ ਤਾਰਣੁ ॥
जगत उधारणु नव निधानु भगतह भव तारणु ॥
Jagaṫ uḋʰaaraṇ nav niḋʰaan bʰagṫah bʰav ṫaaraṇ.
The Saving Grace of the world, the nine treasures, carries the devotees across the world-ocean.

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬੂੰਦ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਬਿਸੁ ਕੀ ਬਿਖੈ ਨਿਵਾਰਣੁ ॥
अमृत बूंद हरि नामु बिसु की बिखै निवारणु ॥
Amriṫ boonḋ har naam bis kee bikʰæ nivaaraṇ.
The Drop of Ambrosial Nectar, the Lord’s Name, is the antidote to the poison of sin.

ਸਹਜ ਤਰੋਵਰ ਫਲਿਓ ਗਿਆਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਫਲ ਲਾਗੇ ॥
सहज तरोवर फलिओ गिआन अमृत फल लागे ॥
Sahj ṫarovar fali▫o gi▫aan amriṫ fal laagé.
The tree of intuitive peace and poise blossoms and bears the ambrosial fruit of spiritual wisdom.

ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਪਾਈਅਹਿ ਧੰਨਿ ਤੇ ਜਨ ਬਡਭਾਗੇ ॥
गुर प्रसादि पाईअहि धंनि ते जन बडभागे ॥
Gur parsaaḋ paa▫ee▫ah ḋʰan ṫé jan badbʰaagé.
Blessed are those fortunate people who receive it, by Guru’s Grace.

ਤੇ ਮੁਕਤੇ ਭਏ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਮਨਿ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਚਾ ਪਾਇਅਉ ॥
ते मुकते भए सतिगुर सबदि मनि गुर परचा पाइअउ ॥
Ṫé mukṫé bʰa▫é saṫgur sabaḋ man gur parchaa paa▫i▫a▫o.
They are liberated through the Shabad, the Word of the True Guru; their minds are filled with the Guru’s Wisdom.

ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਕਲੵੁਚਰੈ ਤੈ ਸਬਦ ਨੀਸਾਨੁ ਬਜਾਇਅਉ ॥੯॥
गुर रामदास कल्युचरै तै सबद नीसानु बजाइअउ ॥९॥
Gur Raamḋaas kal▫yuchræ ṫæ sabaḋ neesaan bajaa▫i▫a▫o. ||9||
So, says KALL: O Guru Ram Das, You beat the drum of the Shabad. ||9||
