ਜਪਿ ਮਨ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ॥ जपि मन राम नामु सुखदाता ॥ Jap man rām nām sukẖ▫ḏāṯa. O my mind, chant the Name of the Lord, the Giver of peace. ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਾਦੁ ਆਇਆ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪਛਾਤਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ सतसंगति मिलि हरि सादु आइआ गुरमुखि ब्रहमु पछाता ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Saṯsangaṯ mil har sāḏ ā▫i▫ā gurmukẖ barahm pacẖẖāṯā. ||1|| rahā▫o. One who joins the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, and enjoys the sublime taste of the Lord, as Gurmukh, comes to realize God. ||1||Pause|| ਮਾਲੀ ਗਉੜਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੪ ॥ माली गउड़ा महला ४ ॥ Mālī ga▫uṛā mėhlā 4. Maalee Gauraa, Fourth Mehl: ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਗੁਰ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਜਾਤਾ ॥ वडभागी गुर दरसनु पाइआ गुरि मिलिऐ हरि प्रभु जाता ॥ vadbẖāgī gur ḏarsan pā▫i▫ā gur mili▫ai har parabẖ jāṯā. By great good fortune, one obtains the Blessed Vision of the Guru's Darshan; meeting with the Guru, the Lord God is known. ਦੁਰਮਤਿ ਮੈਲੁ ਗਈ ਸਭ ਨੀਕਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਿ ਨਾਤਾ ॥੧॥ दुरमति मैलु गई सभ नीकरि हरि अम्रिति हरि सरि नाता ॥१॥ Ḏurmaṯ mail ga▫ī sabẖ nīkar har amriṯ har sar nāṯā. ||1|| The filth of evil-mindedness is totally washed away, bathing in the Lord's ambrosial pool of nectar. ||1|| ਧਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਸਾਧ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਪੂਛਉ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਬਾਤਾ ॥ धनु धनु साध जिन्ही हरि प्रभु पाइआ तिन्ह पूछउ हरि की बाता ॥ Ḏẖan ḏẖan sāḏẖ jinĥī har parabẖ pā▫i▫ā ṯinĥ pūcẖẖa▫o har kī bāṯā. Blessed, blessed are the Holy, who have found their Lord God; I ask them to tell me the stories of the Lord. ਪਾਇ ਲਗਉ ਨਿਤ ਕਰਉ ਜੁਦਰੀਆ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਕਰਮਿ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ॥੨॥ पाइ लगउ नित करउ जुदरीआ हरि मेलहु करमि बिधाता ॥२॥ Pā▫e laga▫o niṯ kara▫o juḏrī▫ā har melhu karam biḏẖāṯā. ||2|| I fall at their feet, and always pray to them, to mercifully unite me with my Lord, the Architect of Destiny. ||2|| ਲਿਲਾਟ ਲਿਖੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਾਧੂ ਗੁਰ ਬਚਨੀ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ॥ लिलाट लिखे पाइआ गुरु साधू गुर बचनी मनु तनु राता ॥ Lilāt likẖe pā▫i▫ā gur sāḏẖū gur bacẖnī man ṯan rāṯā. Through the destiny written on my forehead, I have found the Holy Guru; my mind and body are imbued with the Guru's Word. ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਆਇ ਮਿਲੇ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਭ ਕਿਲਵਿਖ ਪਾਪ ਗਵਾਤਾ ॥੩॥ हरि प्रभ आइ मिले सुखु पाइआ सभ किलविख पाप गवाता ॥३॥ Har parabẖ ā▫e mile sukẖ pā▫i▫ā sabẖ kilvikẖ pāp gavāṯā. ||3|| The Lord God has come to meet me; I have found peace, and I am rid of all the sins. ||3|| ਰਾਮ ਰਸਾਇਣੁ ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਕੀ ਊਤਮ ਬਾਤਾ ॥ राम रसाइणु जिन्ह गुरमति पाइआ तिन्ह की ऊतम बाता ॥ Rām rasā▫iṇ jinĥ gurmaṯ pā▫i▫ā ṯinĥ kī ūṯam bāṯā. Those who follow the Guru's Teachings find the Lord, the source of nectar; their words are sublime and exalted. ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਪੰਕ ਪਾਈਐ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਚਰਨਿ ਪਰਾਤਾ ॥੪॥੨॥ तिन की पंक पाईऐ वडभागी जन नानकु चरनि पराता ॥४॥२॥ Ŧin kī pank pā▫ī▫ai vadbẖāgī jan Nānak cẖaran parāṯā. ||4||2|| By great good fortune, one is blessed with the dust of their feet; servant Nanak falls at their feet. ||4||2|| ਸਭਿ ਸਿਧ ਸਾਧਿਕ ਮੁਨਿ ਜਨਾ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਵਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇਓ ॥ सभि सिध साधिक मुनि जना मनि भावनी हरि धिआइओ ॥ Sabẖ siḏẖ sāḏẖik mun janā man bẖāvnī har ḏẖi▫ā▫i▫o. All the Siddhas, seekers and silent sages, with their minds full of love, meditate on the Lord. ਅਪਰੰਪਰੋ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਰਿ ਅਲਖੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਲਖਾਇਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ अपर्मपरो पारब्रहमु सुआमी हरि अलखु गुरू लखाइओ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Aprampro pārbarahm su▫āmī har alakẖ gurū lakẖā▫i▫o. ||1|| rahā▫o. The Supreme Lord God, my Lord and Master, is limitless; the Guru has inspired me to know the unknowable Lord. ||1||Pause||
