ਗੁੜੁ ਕਰਿ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਧਿਆਨੁ ਕਰਿ ਮਹੂਆ ਭਉ ਭਾਠੀ ਮਨ ਧਾਰਾ ॥ गुड़ु करि गिआनु धिआनु करि महूआ भउ भाठी मन धारा ॥ Guṛ kar gi▫ān ḏẖi▫ān kar mahū▫ā bẖa▫o bẖāṯẖī man ḏẖārā. Make spiritual wisdom the molasses, meditation the flowers, and the Fear of God the fire enshrined in your mind. ਸੁਖਮਨ ਨਾਰੀ ਸਹਜ ਸਮਾਨੀ ਪੀਵੈ ਪੀਵਨਹਾਰਾ ॥੧॥ सुखमन नारी सहज समानी पीवै पीवनहारा ॥१॥ Sukẖman nārī sahj samānī pīvai pīvanhārā. ||1|| The Shushmanaa, the central spinal channel, is intuitively balanced, and the drinker drinks in this wine. ||1|| ਅਉਧੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਮਤਵਾਰਾ ॥ अउधू मेरा मनु मतवारा ॥ A▫oḏẖū merā man maṯvārā. O hermit Yogi, my mind is intoxicated. ਉਨਮਦ ਚਢਾ ਮਦਨ ਰਸੁ ਚਾਖਿਆ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਨ ਭਇਆ ਉਜਿਆਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ उनमद चढा मदन रसु चाखिआ त्रिभवन भइआ उजिआरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Unmaḏ cẖadẖā maḏan ras cẖākẖi▫ā ṯaribẖavan bẖa▫i▫ā uji▫ārā. ||1|| rahā▫o. When that wine rises up, one tastes the sublime essence of this juice, and sees across the three worlds. ||1||Pause|| ਦੁਇ ਪੁਰ ਜੋਰਿ ਰਸਾਈ ਭਾਠੀ ਪੀਉ ਮਹਾ ਰਸੁ ਭਾਰੀ ॥ दुइ पुर जोरि रसाई भाठी पीउ महा रसु भारी ॥ Ḏu▫e pur jor rasā▫ī bẖāṯẖī pī▫o mahā ras bẖārī. Joining the two channels of the breath, I have lit the furnace, and I drink in the supreme, sublime essence. ਕਾਮੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਦੁਇ ਕੀਏ ਜਲੇਤਾ ਛੂਟਿ ਗਈ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ॥੨॥ कामु क्रोधु दुइ कीए जलेता छूटि गई संसारी ॥२॥ Kām kroḏẖ ḏu▫e kī▫e jaleṯā cẖẖūt ga▫ī sansārī. ||2|| I have burnt both sexual desire and anger, and I have been emancipated from the world. ||2|| ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸ ਗਿਆਨ ਗੁਰ ਗੰਮਿਤ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਸੁਧਿ ਪਾਈ ॥ प्रगट प्रगास गिआन गुर गमित सतिगुर ते सुधि पाई ॥ Pargat pargās gi▫ān gur gammiṯ saṯgur ṯe suḏẖ pā▫ī. The light of spiritual wisdom enlightens me; meeting with the Guru, the True Guru, I have obtained this understanding. ਦਾਸੁ ਕਬੀਰੁ ਤਾਸੁ ਮਦ ਮਾਤਾ ਉਚਕਿ ਨ ਕਬਹੂ ਜਾਈ ॥੩॥੨॥ दासु कबीरु तासु मद माता उचकि न कबहू जाई ॥३॥२॥ Ḏās Kabīr ṯās maḏ māṯā ucẖak na kabhū jā▫ī. ||3||2|| Slave Kabeer is intoxicated with that wine, which never wears off. ||3||2||
