ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ ਆਪੇ ਬਖਸਿ ਲੈ ॥ करि किरपा किरपाल आपे बखसि लै ॥ Kar kirpā kirpāl āpe bakẖas lai. Please grant Your Grace, O Merciful Lord; please forgive me. ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੫ ॥ सलोक मः ५ ॥ Salok mėhlā 5. Shalok, Fifth Mehl: ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਜਪੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪਾਇ ਪੈ ॥ सदा सदा जपी तेरा नामु सतिगुर पाइ पै ॥ Saḏā saḏā japī ṯerā nām saṯgur pā▫e pai. Forever and ever, I chant Your Name; I fall at the feet of the True Guru. ਮਨ ਤਨ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਵਸੁ ਦੂਖਾ ਨਾਸੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ मन तन अंतरि वसु दूखा नासु होइ ॥ Man ṯan anṯar vas ḏūkẖā nās ho▫e. Please, dwell within my mind and body, and end my sufferings. ਹਥ ਦੇਇ ਆਪਿ ਰਖੁ ਵਿਆਪੈ ਭਉ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥ हथ देइ आपि रखु विआपै भउ न कोइ ॥ Hath ḏe▫e āp rakẖ vi▫āpai bẖa▫o na ko▫e. Please give me Your hand, and save me, that fear may not afflict me. ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾ ਦਿਨੁ ਰੈਣਿ ਏਤੈ ਕੰਮਿ ਲਾਇ ॥ गुण गावा दिनु रैणि एतै कमि लाइ ॥ Guṇ gāvā ḏin raiṇ eṯai kamm lā▫e. May I sing Your Glorious Praises day and night; please commit me to this task. ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਜਾਇ ॥ संत जना कै संगि हउमै रोगु जाइ ॥ Sanṯ janā kai sang ha▫umai rog jā▫e. Associating with the humble Saints, the disease of egotism is eradicated. ਸਰਬ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਖਸਮੁ ਏਕੋ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ॥ सरब निरंतरि खसमु एको रवि रहिआ ॥ Sarab niranṯar kẖasam eko rav rahi▫ā. The One Lord and Master is all-pervading, permeating everywhere. ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਸਚੁ ਸਚੋ ਸਚੁ ਲਹਿਆ ॥ गुर परसादी सचु सचो सचु लहिआ ॥ Gur parsādī sacẖ sacẖo sacẖ lahi▫ā. By Guru's Grace, I have truly found the Truest of the True. ਦਇਆ ਕਰਹੁ ਦਇਆਲ ਅਪਣੀ ਸਿਫਤਿ ਦੇਹੁ ॥ दइआ करहु दइआल अपणी सिफति देहु ॥ Ḏa▫i▫ā karahu ḏa▫i▫āl apṇī sifaṯ ḏeh. Please bless me with Your Kindness, O Kind Lord, and bless me with Your Praises. ਦਰਸਨੁ ਦੇਖਿ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਏਹ ॥੧॥ दरसनु देखि निहाल नानक प्रीति एह ॥१॥ Ḏarsan ḏekẖ nihāl Nānak parīṯ eh. ||1|| Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan, I am in ecstasy; this is what Nanak loves. ||1|| ਇਕਸੁ ਸਿਉ ਕਰਿ ਪਿਰਹੜੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਨਾਹੀ ਜਾਇ ॥ इकसु सिउ करि पिरहड़ी दूजी नाही जाइ ॥ Ikas si▫o kar pirhaṛī ḏūjī nāhī jā▫e. Be in love with the One Lord; there is no other at all. ਏਕੋ ਜਪੀਐ ਮਨੈ ਮਾਹਿ ਇਕਸ ਕੀ ਸਰਣਾਇ ॥ एको जपीऐ मनै माहि इकस की सरणाइ ॥ Ėko japī▫ai manai māhi ikas kī sarṇā▫e. Meditate on the One Lord within your mind, and enter the Sanctuary of the One Lord alone.
