ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ रामकली महला ५ ॥ Rāmkalī mėhlā 5. Raamkalee, Fifth Mehl: ਕੋਟਿ ਜਾਪ ਤਾਪ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮ ॥ कोटि जाप ताप बिस्राम ॥ Kot jāp ṯāp bisrām. Millions of meditations and austerities rest in him, ਰਿਧਿ ਬੁਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਸੁਰ ਗਿਆਨ ॥ रिधि बुधि सिधि सुर गिआन ॥ Riḏẖ buḏẖ siḏẖ sur gi▫ān. along with wealth, wisdom, miraculous spiritual powers and angelic spiritual insight. ਅਨਿਕ ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗ ਭੋਗ ਰਸੈ ॥ अनिक रूप रंग भोग रसै ॥ Anik rūp rang bẖog rasai. He enjoys the various shows and forms, pleasures and delicacies; ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਮਖ ਰਿਦੈ ਵਸੈ ॥੧॥ गुरमुखि नामु निमख रिदै वसै ॥१॥ Gurmukẖ nām nimakẖ riḏai vasai. ||1|| the Naam, the Name of the Lord, dwells within the heart of the Gurmukh. ||1|| ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥ हरि के नाम की वडिआई ॥ Har ke nām kī vadi▫ā▫ī. Such is the glorious greatness of the Name of the Lord. ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ कीमति कहणु न जाई ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Kīmaṯ kahaṇ na jā▫ī. ||1|| rahā▫o. Its value cannot be described. ||1||Pause|| ਸੂਰਬੀਰ ਧੀਰਜ ਮਤਿ ਪੂਰਾ ॥ सूरबीर धीरज मति पूरा ॥ Sūrbīr ḏẖīraj maṯ pūrā. He alone is brave, patient and perfectly wise; ਸਹਜ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਧੁਨਿ ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰਾ ॥ सहज समाधि धुनि गहिर ग्मभीरा ॥ Sahj samāḏẖ ḏẖun gahir gambẖīrā. he is intuitively in Samaadhi, profound and unfathomable. ਸਦਾ ਮੁਕਤੁ ਤਾ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਾਮ ॥ सदा मुकतु ता के पूरे काम ॥ Saḏā mukaṯ ṯā ke pūre kām. He is liberated forever and all his affairs are perfectly resolved; ਜਾ ਕੈ ਰਿਦੈ ਵਸੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ॥੨॥ जा कै रिदै वसै हरि नाम ॥२॥ Jā kai riḏai vasai har nām. ||2|| the Lord's Name abides within his heart. ||2|| ਸਗਲ ਸੂਖ ਆਨੰਦ ਅਰੋਗ ॥ सगल सूख आनंद अरोग ॥ Sagal sūkẖ ānanḏ arog. He is totally peaceful, blissful and healthy; ਸਮਦਰਸੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਨਿਰਜੋਗ ॥ समदरसी पूरन निरजोग ॥ Samaḏrasī pūran nirjog. he looks upon all impartially, and is perfectly detached. ਆਇ ਨ ਜਾਇ ਡੋਲੈ ਕਤ ਨਾਹੀ ॥ आइ न जाइ डोलै कत नाही ॥ Ā▫e na jā▫e dolai kaṯ nāhī. He does not come and go, and he never wavers; ਜਾ ਕੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਬਸੈ ਮਨ ਮਾਹੀ ॥੩॥ जा कै नामु बसै मन माही ॥३॥ Jā kai nām basai man māhī. ||3|| the Naam abides in his mind. ||3|| ਦੀਨ ਦਇਆਲ ਗੋੁਪਾਲ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ॥ दीन दइआल गोपाल गोविंद ॥ Ḏīn ḏa▫i▫āl gopāl govinḏ. God is Merciful to the meek; He is the Lord of the World, the Lord of the Universe. ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਜਪੀਐ ਉਤਰੈ ਚਿੰਦ ॥ गुरमुखि जपीऐ उतरै चिंद ॥ Gurmukẖ japī▫ai uṯrai cẖinḏ. The Gurmukh meditates on Him, and his worries are gone. ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਆ ਨਾਮੁ ॥ नानक कउ गुरि दीआ नामु ॥ Nānak ka▫o gur ḏī▫ā nām. The Guru has blessed Nanak with the Naam; ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਟਹਲ ਸੰਤ ਕਾ ਕਾਮੁ ॥੪॥੧੫॥੨੬॥ संतन की टहल संत का कामु ॥४॥१५॥२६॥ Sanṯan kī tahal sanṯ kā kām. ||4||15||26|| he serves the Saints, and works for the Saints. ||4||15||26||
