ਗੋਂਡ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ गोंड महला ५ ॥ Gond mėhlā 5. Gond, Fifth Mehl: ਸੰਤਨ ਕੈ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੈ ਜਾਉ ॥ संतन कै बलिहारै जाउ ॥ Sanṯan kai balihārai jā▫o. I am a sacrifice to the Saints. ਸੰਤਨ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਰਾਮ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਉ ॥ संतन कै संगि राम गुन गाउ ॥ Sanṯan kai sang rām gun gā▫o. Associating with the Saints, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਕਿਲਵਿਖ ਸਭਿ ਗਏ ॥ संत प्रसादि किलविख सभि गए ॥ Sanṯ parsāḏ kilvikẖ sabẖ ga▫e. By the Grace of the Saints, all the sins are taken away. ਸੰਤ ਸਰਣਿ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਪਏ ॥੧॥ संत सरणि वडभागी पए ॥१॥ Sanṯ saraṇ vadbẖāgī pa▫e. ||1|| By great good fortune, one finds the Sanctuary of the Saints. ||1|| ਰਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ ਕਛੁ ਬਿਘਨੁ ਨ ਵਿਆਪੈ ॥ रामु जपत कछु बिघनु न विआपै ॥ Rām japaṯ kacẖẖ bigẖan na vi▫āpai. Meditating on the Lord, no obstacles will block your way. ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਜਾਪੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ गुर प्रसादि अपुना प्रभु जापै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Gur parsāḏ apunā parabẖ jāpai. ||1|| rahā▫o. By Guru's Grace, meditate on God. ||1||Pause|| ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਜਬ ਹੋਇ ਦਇਆਲ ॥ पारब्रहमु जब होइ दइआल ॥ Pārbarahm jab ho▫e ḏa▫i▫āl. When the Supreme Lord God becomes merciful, ਸਾਧੂ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਕਰੈ ਰਵਾਲ ॥ साधू जन की करै रवाल ॥ Sāḏẖū jan kī karai ravāl. he makes me the dust of the feet of the Holy. ਕਾਮੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਇਸੁ ਤਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਇ ॥ कामु क्रोधु इसु तन ते जाइ ॥ Kām kroḏẖ is ṯan ṯe jā▫e. Sexual desire and anger leave his body, ਰਾਮ ਰਤਨੁ ਵਸੈ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ ॥੨॥ राम रतनु वसै मनि आइ ॥२॥ Rām raṯan vasai man ā▫e. ||2|| and the Lord, the jewel, comes to dwell in his mind. ||2|| ਸਫਲੁ ਜਨਮੁ ਤਾਂ ਕਾ ਪਰਵਾਣੁ ॥ सफलु जनमु तां का परवाणु ॥ Safal janam ṯāʼn kā parvāṇ. Fruitful and approved is the life of one ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਕਰਿ ਜਾਣੁ ॥ पारब्रहमु निकटि करि जाणु ॥ Pārbarahm nikat kar jāṇ. who knows the Supreme Lord God to be close. ਭਾਇ ਭਗਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀਰਤਨਿ ਲਾਗੈ ॥ भाइ भगति प्रभ कीरतनि लागै ॥ Bẖā▫e bẖagaṯ parabẖ kīrṯan lāgai. One who is committed to loving devotional worship of God, and the Kirtan of His Praises, ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕਾ ਸੋਇਆ ਜਾਗੈ ॥੩॥ जनम जनम का सोइआ जागै ॥३॥ Janam janam kā so▫i▫ā jāgai. ||3|| awakens from the sleep of countless incarnations. ||3|| ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਜਨ ਕਾ ਆਧਾਰੁ ॥ चरन कमल जन का आधारु ॥ Cẖaran kamal jan kā āḏẖār. The Lord's Lotus Feet are the Support of His humble servant. ਗੁਣ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਰਉਂ ਸਚੁ ਵਾਪਾਰੁ ॥ गुण गोविंद रउं सचु वापारु ॥ Guṇ govinḏ ra▫uʼn sacẖ vāpār. To chant the Praises of the Lord of the Universe is the true trade. ਦਾਸ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਮਨਸਾ ਪੂਰਿ ॥ दास जना की मनसा पूरि ॥ Ḏās janā kī mansā pūr. Please fulfill the hopes of Your humble slave. ਨਾਨਕ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵੈ ਜਨ ਧੂਰਿ ॥੪॥੨੦॥੨੨॥੬॥੨੮॥ नानक सुखु पावै जन धूरि ॥४॥२०॥२२॥६॥२८॥ Nānak sukẖ pāvai jan ḏẖūr. ||4||20||22||6||28|| Nanak finds peace in the dust of the feet of the humble. ||4||20||22||6||28||
