ਜਿਨੀ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਤਿਨੀ ਨਾਉ ਪਾਇਆ ਬੂਝਹੁ ਕਰਿ ਬੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ जिनी सतिगुरु सेविआ तिनी नाउ पाइआ बूझहु करि बीचारु ॥ Jinī saṯgur sevi▫ā ṯinī nā▫o pā▫i▫ā būjẖhu kar bīcẖār. Those who serve the True Guru obtain the Name. Reflect on this and understand. ਮਃ ੩ ॥ मः ३ ॥ Mėhlā 3. Third Mehl: ਆਪੈ ਨੋ ਆਪੁ ਖਾਇ ਮਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥ आपै नो आपु खाइ मनु निरमलु होवै गुर सबदी वीचारु ॥ Āpai no āp kẖā▫e man nirmal hovai gur sabḏī vīcẖār. Their identity consumes their identical identity, and their minds become pure by contemplating the Word of the Guru's Shabad. ਸਦਾ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਚੂਕੈ ਕੂਕ ਪੁਕਾਰ ॥ सदा सांति सुखु मनि वसै चूकै कूक पुकार ॥ Saḏā sāʼnṯ sukẖ man vasai cẖūkai kūk pukār. Eternal peace and joy abide in their minds; they abandon their cries and complaints. ਨਾਨਕ ਸਬਦਿ ਰਤੇ ਸੇ ਮੁਕਤੁ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਹੇਤਿ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥੨॥ नानक सबदि रते से मुकतु है हरि जीउ हेति पिआरु ॥२॥ Nānak sabaḏ raṯe se mukaṯ hai har jī▫o heṯ pi▫ār. ||2|| O Nanak, attuned to the Shabad, they are liberated. They love their Beloved Lord. ||2||
