Raag Bilaaval, Fourth Mehl, Partaal, Thirteenth House: ਬੋਲਹੁ ਭਈਆ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਤਿਤ ਪਾਵਨੋ ॥ बोलहु भईआ राम नामु पतित पावनो ॥ Bolhu bʰa▫ee▫aa raam naam paṫiṫ paavno. O Siblings of Destiny, chant the Name of the Lord, the Purifier of sinners. ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤ ਭਗਤ ਤਾਰਨੋ ॥ हरि संत भगत तारनो ॥ Har sanṫ bʰagaṫ ṫaarno. The Lord emancipates his Saints and devotees. ਹਰਿ ਭਰਿਪੁਰੇ ਰਹਿਆ ॥ हरि भरिपुरे रहिआ ॥ Har bʰaripuré rahi▫aa. The Lord is totally permeating and pervading everywhere; ਜਲਿ ਥਲੇ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ॥ जलि थले राम नामु ॥ Jal ṫʰalé raam naam. the Name of the Lord is pervading the water and the land. ਨਿਤ ਗਾਈਐ ਹਰਿ ਦੂਖ ਬਿਸਾਰਨੋ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ नित गाईऐ हरि दूख बिसारनो ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Niṫ gaa▫ee▫æ har ḋookʰ bisaarno. ||1|| rahaa▫o. So, sing continuously of the Lord, the Dispeller of pain. ||1||Pause|| ਹਰਿ ਕੀਆ ਹੈ ਸਫਲ ਜਨਮੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ॥ हरि कीआ है सफल जनमु हमारा ॥ Har kee▫aa hæ safal janam hamaaraa. The Lord has made my life fruitful and rewarding. ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਦੂਖ ਬਿਸਾਰਨਹਾਰਾ ॥ हरि जपिआ हरि दूख बिसारनहारा ॥ Har japi▫aa har ḋookʰ bisaaranhaaraa. I meditate on the Lord, the Dispeller of pain. ਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਹੈ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਦਾਤਾ ॥ गुरु भेटिआ है मुकति दाता ॥ Gur bʰéti▫aa hæ mukaṫ ḋaaṫaa. I have met the Guru, the Giver of liberation. ਹਰਿ ਕੀਈ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਸਫਲ ਜਾਤਾ ॥ हरि कीई हमारी सफल जाता ॥ Har kee▫ee hamaaree safal jaaṫaa. The Lord has made my life’s journey fruitful and rewarding. ਮਿਲਿ ਸੰਗਤੀ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਨੋ ॥੧॥ मिलि संगती गुन गावनो ॥१॥ Mil sangṫee gun gaavno. ||1|| Joining the Sangat, the Holy Congregation, I sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||1|| ਮਨ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਕਰਿ ਆਸਾ ॥ मन राम नाम करि आसा ॥ Man raam naam kar aasaa. O mortal, place your hopes in the Name of the Lord, ਭਾਉ ਦੂਜਾ ਬਿਨਸਿ ਬਿਨਾਸਾ ॥ भाउ दूजा बिनसि बिनासा ॥ Bʰaa▫o ḋoojaa binas binaasaa. and your love of duality shall simply vanish. ਵਿਚਿ ਆਸਾ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਰਾਸੀ ॥ विचि आसा होइ निरासी ॥ vich aasaa ho▫é niraasee. One who, in hope, remains unattached to hope, ਕੋਈ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਨੋ ॥ कोई राम नाम गुन गावनो ॥ Ko▫ee raam naam gun gaavno. And one who sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord’s Name - ਸੋ ਜਨੁ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਸੀ ॥ सो जनु मिलिआ हरि पासी ॥ So jan mili▫aa har paasee. such a humble being meets with his Lord. ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਤਿਸੁ ਪਗਿ ਲਾਵਨੋ ॥੨॥੧॥੭॥੪॥੬॥੭॥੧੭॥ जनु नानकु तिसु पगि लावनो ॥२॥१॥७॥४॥६॥७॥१७॥ Jan Naanak ṫis pag laavno. ||2||1||7||4||6||7||17|| servant Nanak falls at his feet. ||2||1||7||4||6||7||17||
