ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤਿਨਾ ਜਿ ਸੁਨਤੇ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ॥ सद बलिहारी तिना जि सुनते हरि कथा ॥ Saḏ balihārī ṯinā jė sunṯe har kathā. I am forever a sacrifice to those who listen to the sermon of the Lord. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਲਿਖਹਿ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਸੇ ਹਥਾ ॥ हरि जसु लिखहि बेअंत सोहहि से हथा ॥ Har jas likẖėh be▫anṯ sohėh se hathā. Those hands, which write the Praises of the infinite Lord are beautiful. ਪੂਰੇ ਤੇ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਵਾਵਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਮਥਾ ॥ पूरे ते परधान निवावहि प्रभ मथा ॥ Pūre ṯe parḏẖān nivāvėh parabẖ mathā. Those who bow their heads before God are perfect and distinguished. ਚਰਨ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਾਲਹਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਪਥਾ ॥ चरन पुनीत पवित्र चालहि प्रभ पथा ॥ Cẖaran punīṯ paviṯar cẖālėh parabẖ pathā. Those feet which walk on God's Path are pure and holy. ਸੰਤਾਂ ਸੰਗਿ ਉਧਾਰੁ ਸਗਲਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਲਥਾ ॥੧੪॥ संतां संगि उधारु सगला दुखु लथा ॥१४॥ Sanṯāʼn sang uḏẖār saglā ḏukẖ lathā. ||14|| In the Society of the Saints, they are emancipated; all their sorrows depart. ||14||
