ਸੰਤਾ ਨਾਲਿ ਵੈਰੁ ਕਮਾਵਦੇ ਦੁਸਟਾ ਨਾਲਿ ਮੋਹੁ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ संता नालि वैरु कमावदे दुसटा नालि मोहु पिआरु ॥ Sanṯā nāl vair kamāvḏe ḏustā nāl moh pi▫ār. They inflict their hatred upon the Saints, and they love the wicked sinners. ਮਃ ੩ ॥ मः ३ ॥ Mėhlā 3. Third Mehl: ਅਗੈ ਪਿਛੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਨਹੀ ਮਰਿ ਜੰਮਹਿ ਵਾਰੋ ਵਾਰ ॥ अगै पिछै सुखु नही मरि जमहि वारो वार ॥ Agai picẖẖai sukẖ nahī mar jamėh vāro vār. They find no peace in either this world or the next; they are born only to die, again and again. ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਨ ਬੁਝਈ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਹੋਇ ਖੁਆਰੁ ॥ त्रिसना कदे न बुझई दुबिधा होइ खुआरु ॥ Ŧarisnā kaḏe na bujẖ▫ī ḏubiḏẖā ho▫e kẖu▫ār. Their hunger is never satisfied, and they are ruined by duality. ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲੇ ਤਿਨਾ ਨਿੰਦਕਾ ਤਿਤੁ ਸਚੈ ਦਰਬਾਰਿ ॥ मुह काले तिना निंदका तितु सचै दरबारि ॥ Muh kāle ṯinā ninḏkā ṯiṯ sacẖai ḏarbār. The faces of these slanderers are blackened in the Court of the True Lord. ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਹੂਣਿਆ ਨਾ ਉਰਵਾਰਿ ਨ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੨॥ नानक नाम विहूणिआ ना उरवारि न पारि ॥२॥ Nānak nām vihūṇi▫ā nā urvār na pār. ||2|| O Nanak, without the Naam, they find no shelter on either this shore, or the one beyond. ||2||
