ਤੂ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ ਆਪਿ ਸਭੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਕੋਈ ਦੂਜਾ ਹੋਇ ਸੁ ਅਵਰੋ ਕਹੀਐ ॥ तू आपे आपि आपि सभु करता कोई दूजा होइ सु अवरो कहीऐ ॥ Ŧū āpe āp āp sabẖ karṯā ko▫ī ḏūjā ho▫e so avro kahī▫ai. You Yourself, all by Yourself, are the Creator of all. If there were any other, then I would speak of another. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਬੋਲੈ ਆਪਿ ਬੁਲਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹੀਐ ॥ हरि आपे बोलै आपि बुलावै हरि आपे जलि थलि रवि रहीऐ ॥ Har āpe bolai āp bulāvai har āpe jal thal rav rahī▫ai. The Lord Himself speaks, and causes us to speak; He Himself is pervading the water and the land. ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਮਾਰੈ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਛੋਡੈ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਣੀ ਪੜਿ ਰਹੀਐ ॥ हरि आपे मारै हरि आपे छोडै मन हरि सरणी पड़ि रहीऐ ॥ Har āpe mārai har āpe cẖẖodai man har sarṇī paṛ rahī▫ai. The Lord Himself destroys, and the Lord Himself saves. O mind, seek and remain in the Lord's Sanctuary. ਹਰਿ ਬਿਨੁ ਕੋਈ ਮਾਰਿ ਜੀਵਾਲਿ ਨ ਸਕੈ ਮਨ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਚਿੰਦ ਨਿਸਲੁ ਹੋਇ ਰਹੀਐ ॥ हरि बिनु कोई मारि जीवालि न सकै मन होइ निचिंद निसलु होइ रहीऐ ॥ Har bin ko▫ī mār jīvāl na sakai man ho▫e nicẖinḏ nisal ho▫e rahī▫ai. Other than the Lord, no one can kill or rejuvenate. O mind, do not be anxious - remain fearless. ਉਠਦਿਆ ਬਹਦਿਆ ਸੁਤਿਆ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਹੀਐ ॥੨੧॥੧॥ ਸੁਧੁ उठदिआ बहदिआ सुतिआ सदा सदा हरि नामु धिआईऐ जन नानक गुरमुखि हरि लहीऐ ॥२१॥१॥ सुधु Uṯẖ▫ḏi▫ā bahḏi▫ā suṯi▫ā saḏā saḏā har nām ḏẖi▫ā▫ī▫ai jan Nānak gurmukẖ har lahī▫ai. ||21||1|| suḏẖu While standing, sitting, and sleeping, forever and ever, meditate on the Lord's Name; O servant Nanak, as Gurmukh, you shall attain the Lord. ||21||1||Sudh||
