ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛee. Pauree: ਜਿਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਤਿਨੀ ਪਾਇਅੜੇ ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ॥ जिनी हरि हरि नामु धिआइआ तिनी पाइअड़े सरब सुखा ॥ Jinee har har naam ḋʰi▫aa▫i▫aa ṫinee paa▫i▫aṛé sarab sukʰaa. Those who meditate on the Lord, Har, Har, obtain all peace and comforts. ਸਭੁ ਜਨਮੁ ਤਿਨਾ ਕਾ ਸਫਲੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਮਨਿ ਲਾਗੀ ਭੁਖਾ ॥ सभु जनमु तिना का सफलु है जिन हरि के नाम की मनि लागी भुखा ॥ Sabʰ janam ṫinaa kaa safal hæ jin har ké naam kee man laagee bʰukʰaa. Fruitful is the entire life of those who yearn for the Name of the Lord in their minds. ਜਿਨੀ ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਬਚਨਿ ਆਰਾਧਿਆ ਤਿਨ ਵਿਸਰਿ ਗਏ ਸਭਿ ਦੁਖਾ ॥ जिनी गुर कै बचनि आराधिआ तिन विसरि गए सभि दुखा ॥ Jinee gur kæ bachan aaraaḋʰi▫aa ṫin visar ga▫é sabʰ ḋukʰaa. Those who worship the Lord in adoration, through the Word of the Guru’s Shabad, forget all their pains and suffering. ਤੇ ਸੰਤ ਭਲੇ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ ਨਾਹੀ ਚਿੰਤ ਪਰਾਈ ਚੁਖਾ ॥ ते संत भले गुरसिख है जिन नाही चिंत पराई चुखा ॥ Ṫé sanṫ bʰalé gursikʰ hæ jin naahee chinṫ paraa▫ee chukʰaa. Those GurSikhs are good Saints, who care for nothing other than the Lord. ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਤਿਨਾ ਕਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਫਲ ਹਰਿ ਲਾਗੇ ਮੁਖਾ ॥੬॥ धनु धंनु तिना का गुरू है जिसु अमृत फल हरि लागे मुखा ॥६॥ Ḋʰan ḋʰan ṫinaa kaa guroo hæ jis amriṫ fal har laagé mukʰaa. ||6|| Blessed, blessed is their Guru, whose mouth tastes the Ambrosial Fruit of the Lord’s Name. ||6||
