ਰਾਮੁ ਰਾਮੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਸਭੁ ਜਗੁ ਫਿਰੈ ਰਾਮੁ ਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥ रामु रामु करता सभु जगु फिरै रामु न पाइआ जाइ ॥ Rām rām karṯā sabẖ jag firai rām na pā▫i▫ā jā▫e. The entire world roams around, chanting, "Raam, Raam, Lord, Lord", but the Lord cannot be obtained like this. ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੩ ॥ सलोक मः ३ ॥ Salok mėhlā 3. Shalok, Third Mehl: ਅਗਮੁ ਅਗੋਚਰੁ ਅਤਿ ਵਡਾ ਅਤੁਲੁ ਨ ਤੁਲਿਆ ਜਾਇ ॥ अगमु अगोचरु अति वडा अतुलु न तुलिआ जाइ ॥ Agam agocẖar aṯ vadā aṯul na ṯuli▫ā jā▫e. He is inaccessible, unfathomable and so very great; He is unweighable, and cannot be weighed. ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਿਨੈ ਨ ਪਾਈਆ ਕਿਤੈ ਨ ਲਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥ कीमति किनै न पाईआ कितै न लइआ जाइ ॥ Kīmaṯ kinai na pā▫ī▫ā kiṯai na la▫i▫ā jā▫e. No one can evaluate Him; He cannot be purchased at any price. ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਭੇਦਿਆ ਇਨ ਬਿਧਿ ਵਸਿਆ ਮਨਿ ਆਇ ॥ गुर कै सबदि भेदिआ इन बिधि वसिआ मनि आइ ॥ Gur kai sabaḏ bẖeḏi▫ā in biḏẖ vasi▫ā man ā▫e. Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, His mystery is known; in this way, He comes to dwell in the mind. ਨਾਨਕ ਆਪਿ ਅਮੇਉ ਹੈ ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥ नानक आपि अमेउ है गुर किरपा ते रहिआ समाइ ॥ Nānak āp ame▫o hai gur kirpā ṯe rahi▫ā samā▫e. O Nanak, He Himself is infinite; by Guru's Grace, He is known to be permeating and pervading everywhere. ਆਪੇ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਆਪੇ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਆਇ ॥੧॥ आपे मिलिआ मिलि रहिआ आपे मिलिआ आइ ॥१॥ Āpe mili▫ā mil rahi▫ā āpe mili▫ā ā▫e. ||1|| He Himself comes to blend, and having blended, remains blended. ||1|| |
