Remember Him, meditate on Him, and sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe, day and night, evening and morning. ||1||Pause|| ਉਧਰੁ ਦੇਹ ਦੁਲਭ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪੇਰੈ ॥ उधरु देह दुलभ साधू संगि हरि हरि नामु जपेरै ॥ Uḏẖar ḏeh ḏulabẖ sāḏẖū sang har har nām japerai. Redeem your body in the invaluable Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, chanting the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. ਘਰੀ ਨ ਮੁਹਤੁ ਨ ਚਸਾ ਬਿਲੰਬਹੁ ਕਾਲੁ ਨਿਤਹਿ ਨਿਤ ਹੇਰੈ ॥੧॥ घरी न मुहतु न चसा बिल्मबहु कालु नितहि नित हेरै ॥१॥ Gẖarī na muhaṯ na cẖasā bilambahu kāl niṯėh niṯ herai. ||1|| Do not delay for an instant, even for a moment. Death is keeping you constantly in his vision. ||1|| ਅੰਧ ਬਿਲਾ ਤੇ ਕਾਢਹੁ ਕਰਤੇ ਕਿਆ ਨਾਹੀ ਘਰਿ ਤੇਰੈ ॥ अंध बिला ते काढहु करते किआ नाही घरि तेरै ॥ Anḏẖ bilā ṯe kādẖahu karṯe ki▫ā nāhī gẖar ṯerai. Lift me up out of the dark dungeon, O Creator Lord; what is there which is not in Your home? ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੁ ਦੀਜੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਆਨਦ ਸੂਖ ਘਨੇਰੈ ॥੨॥੧੨॥ ਛਕੇ ੨ ॥ नामु अधारु दीजै नानक कउ आनद सूख घनेरै ॥२॥१२॥ छके २ ॥ Nām aḏẖār ḏījai Nānak ka▫o ānaḏ sūkẖ gẖanerai. ||2||12|| Cẖẖake 2.
