ਸੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਭਰਮ ਗੜੁ ਤੋੜਿਆ ॥ सो सतिगुरु धनु धंनु जिनि भरम गड़ु तोड़िआ ॥ So saṯgur ḏẖan ḏẖan jin bẖaram gaṛ ṯoṛi▫ā. Blessed, blessed is the True Guru, who has demolished the fortress of doubt. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਸੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਵਾਹੁ ਵਾਹੁ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਜੋੜਿਆ ॥ सो सतिगुरु वाहु वाहु जिनि हरि सिउ जोड़िआ ॥ So saṯgur vāhu vāhu jin har si▫o joṛi▫ā. Waaho! Waaho! - Hail! Hail! to the True Guru, who has united me with the Lord. ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਅਖੁਟੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਦੇਇ ਦਾਰੂਓ ॥ नामु निधानु अखुटु गुरु देइ दारूओ ॥ Nām niḏẖān akẖut gur ḏe▫e ḏarū▫o. The Guru has given me the medicine of the inexhaustible treasure of the Naam. ਮਹਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਬਿਕਰਾਲ ਤਿਨੈ ਬਿਦਾਰੂਓ ॥ महा रोगु बिकराल तिनै बिदारूओ ॥ Mahā rog bikrāl ṯinai biḏarū▫o. He has banished the great and terrible disease. ਪਾਇਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਖਜਾਨਿਆ ॥ पाइआ नामु निधानु बहुतु खजानिआ ॥ Pā▫i▫ā nām niḏẖān bahuṯ kẖajāni▫ā. I have obtained the great treasure of the wealth of the Naam. ਜਿਤਾ ਜਨਮੁ ਅਪਾਰੁ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਨਿਆ ॥ जिता जनमु अपारु आपु पछानिआ ॥ Jiṯā janam apār āp pacẖẖāni▫ā. I have obtained eternal life, recognizing my own self. ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਹੀ ਨ ਜਾਇ ਗੁਰ ਸਮਰਥ ਦੇਵ ॥ महिमा कही न जाइ गुर समरथ देव ॥ Mahimā kahī na jā▫e gur samrath ḏev. The Glory of the all-powerful Divine Guru cannot be described. ਗੁਰ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰ ਅਪਰੰਪਰ ਅਲਖ ਅਭੇਵ ॥੧੬॥ गुर पारब्रहम परमेसुर अपर्मपर अलख अभेव ॥१६॥ Gur pārbarahm parmesur aprampar alakẖ abẖev. ||16|| The Guru is the Supreme Lord God, the Transcendent Lord, infinite, unseen and unknowable. ||16||
