ਜਿਨਿ ਗੁਰੁ ਗੋਪਿਆ ਆਪਣਾ ਤਿਸੁ ਠਉਰ ਨ ਠਾਉ ॥ जिनि गुरु गोपिआ आपणा तिसु ठउर न ठाउ ॥ Jin gur gopi▫aa aapṇaa ṫis tʰa▫ur na tʰaa▫o. Those who do not affirm their Guru shall have no home or place of rest. ਸਲੋਕੁ ਮਃ ੩ ॥ सलोकु मः ३ ॥ Salok mėhlaa 3. Shalok, Third Mehl: ਹਲਤੁ ਪਲਤੁ ਦੋਵੈ ਗਏ ਦਰਗਹ ਨਾਹੀ ਥਾਉ ॥ हलतु पलतु दोवै गए दरगह नाही थाउ ॥ Halaṫ palaṫ ḋovæ ga▫é ḋargėh naahee ṫʰaa▫o. They lose both this world and the next; they have no place in the Court of the Lord. ਓਹ ਵੇਲਾ ਹਥਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਫਿਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਲਗਹਿ ਪਾਇ ॥ ओह वेला हथि न आवई फिरि सतिगुर लगहि पाइ ॥ Oh vélaa haṫʰ na aavee fir saṫgur lagėh paa▫é. This opportunity to bow at the Feet of the True Guru shall never come again. ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਗਣਤੈ ਘੁਸੀਐ ਦੁਖੇ ਦੁਖਿ ਵਿਹਾਇ ॥ सतिगुर की गणतै घुसीऐ दुखे दुखि विहाइ ॥ Saṫgur kee gaṇṫæ gʰusee▫æ ḋukʰé ḋukʰ vihaa▫é. If they miss out on being counted by the True Guru, they shall pass their lives in pain and misery. ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰਵੈਰੁ ਹੈ ਆਪੇ ਲਏ ਜਿਸੁ ਲਾਇ ॥ सतिगुरु पुरखु निरवैरु है आपे लए जिसु लाइ ॥ Saṫgur purakʰ nirvær hæ aapé la▫é jis laa▫é. The True Guru, the Primal Being, has no hatred or vengeance; He unites with Himself those with whom He is pleased. ਨਾਨਕ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਜਿਨਾ ਵੇਖਾਲਿਓਨੁ ਤਿਨਾ ਦਰਗਹ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਇ ॥੧॥ नानक दरसनु जिना वेखालिओनु तिना दरगह लए छडाइ ॥१॥ Naanak ḋarsan jinaa vékʰaali▫on ṫinaa ḋargėh la▫é chʰadaa▫é. ||1|| O Nanak! Those who behold the Blessed Vision of His Darshan, are emancipated in the Court of the Lord. ||1|| |
