ਦਸਮੀ ਦਸ ਦੁਆਰ ਬਸਿ ਕੀਨੇ ॥ दसमी दस दुआर बसि कीने ॥ Ḏasmī ḏas ḏu▫ār bas kīne. The tenth day of the lunar cycle: Overpower the ten sensory and motor organs; ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਮਨਿ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿ ਲੀਨੇ ॥ मनि संतोखु नाम जपि लीने ॥ Man sanṯokẖ nām jap līne. your mind will be content, as you chant the Naam. ਕਰਨੀ ਸੁਨੀਐ ਜਸੁ ਗੋਪਾਲ ॥ करनी सुनीऐ जसु गोपाल ॥ Karnī sunī▫ai jas gopāl. With your ears, hear the Praises of the Lord of the World; ਨੈਨੀ ਪੇਖਤ ਸਾਧ ਦਇਆਲ ॥ नैनी पेखत साध दइआल ॥ Nainī pekẖaṯ sāḏẖ ḏa▫i▫āl. with your eyes, behold the kind, Holy Saints. ਰਸਨਾ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵੈ ਬੇਅੰਤ ॥ रसना गुन गावै बेअंत ॥ Rasnā gun gāvai be▫anṯ. With your tongue, sing the Glorious Praises of the Infinite Lord. ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਚਿਤਵੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਭਗਵੰਤ ॥ मन महि चितवै पूरन भगवंत ॥ Man mėh cẖiṯvai pūran bẖagvanṯ. In your mind, remember the Perfect Lord God. ਹਸਤ ਚਰਨ ਸੰਤ ਟਹਲ ਕਮਾਈਐ ॥ हसत चरन संत टहल कमाईऐ ॥ Hasaṯ cẖaran sanṯ tahal kamā▫ī▫ai. With your hands and feet, work for the Saints. ਨਾਨਕ ਇਹੁ ਸੰਜਮੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਪਾਈਐ ॥੧੦॥ नानक इहु संजमु प्रभ किरपा पाईऐ ॥१०॥ Nānak ih sanjam parabẖ kirpā pā▫ī▫ai. ||10|| O Nanak, this way of life is obtained by God's Grace. ||10||
