ਅਖਰ ਮਹਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਧਾਰੇ ॥ अखर महि त्रिभवन प्रभि धारे ॥ Akẖar mėh ṯaribẖavan parabẖ ḏẖāre. In the Word, God established the three worlds. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਅਖਰ ਕਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਬੇਦ ਬੀਚਾਰੇ ॥ अखर करि करि बेद बीचारे ॥ Akẖar kar kar beḏ bīcẖāre. Created from the Word, the Vedas are contemplated. ਅਖਰ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਸਿੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਪੁਰਾਨਾ ॥ अखर सासत्र सिम्रिति पुराना ॥ Akẖar sāsṯar simriṯ purānā. From the Word, came the Shaastras, Simritees and Puraanas. ਅਖਰ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਭੈ ਭਰਮਾ ॥ अखर मुकति जुगति भै भरमा ॥ Akẖar mukaṯ jugaṯ bẖai bẖarmā. From the Word, comes the way of liberation from fear and doubt. ਅਖਰ ਨਾਦ ਕਥਨ ਵਖ੍ਯ੍ਯਾਨਾ ॥ अखर नाद कथन वख्याना ॥ Akẖar nāḏ kathan vakẖ▫yānā. From the Word, came the sound current of the Naad, speeches and explanations. ਅਖਰ ਕਰਮ ਕਿਰਤਿ ਸੁਚ ਧਰਮਾ ॥ अखर करम किरति सुच धरमा ॥ Akẖar karam kiraṯ sucẖ ḏẖarmā. From the Word, come religious rituals, karma, sacredness and Dharma. ਦ੍ਰਿਸਟਿਮਾਨ ਅਖਰ ਹੈ ਜੇਤਾ ॥ द्रिसटिमान अखर है जेता ॥ Ḏaristimān akẖar hai jeṯā. In the visible universe, the Word is seen. ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਿਰਲੇਪਾ ॥੫੪॥ नानक पारब्रहम निरलेपा ॥५४॥ Nānak pārbarahm nirlepā. ||54|| O Nanak, the Supreme Lord God remains unattached and untouched. ||54||
