ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸਾਂਤਿ ਹੈ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਇ ॥ गुरमुखि अंतरि सांति है मनि तनि नामि समाइ ॥ Gurmukẖ anṯar sāʼnṯ hai man ṯan nām samā▫e. The Gurmukh is filled with peace and tranquility deep within. His mind and body are absorbed in the Naam, the Name of the Lord. ਮਃ ੪ ॥ मः ४ ॥ Mėhlā 4. Fourth Mehl: ਨਾਮੁ ਚਿਤਵੈ ਨਾਮੋ ਪੜੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਹੈ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ॥ नामु चितवै नामो पड़ै नामि रहै लिव लाइ ॥ Nām cẖiṯvai nāmo paṛai nām rahai liv lā▫e. He thinks of the Naam, and reads the Naam; he remains lovingly attuned to the Naam. ਨਾਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਗਈ ਬਿਲਾਇ ॥ नामु पदारथु पाईऐ चिंता गई बिलाइ ॥ Nām paḏārath pā▫ī▫ai cẖinṯā ga▫ī bilā▫e. He obtains the Treasure of the Naam, and is rid of anxiety. ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਨਾਮੁ ਊਪਜੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਭੁਖ ਸਭ ਜਾਇ ॥ सतिगुरि मिलिऐ नामु ऊपजै त्रिसना भुख सभ जाइ ॥ Saṯgur mili▫ai nām ūpjai ṯarisnā bẖukẖ sabẖ jā▫e. Meeting with the True Guru, the Naam wells up, and all hunger and thirst depart. ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੇ ਰਤਿਆ ਨਾਮੋ ਪਲੈ ਪਾਇ ॥੨॥ नानक नामे रतिआ नामो पलै पाइ ॥२॥ Nānak nāme raṯi▫ā nāmo palai pā▫e. ||2|| O Nanak, one who is imbued with the Naam, gathers the Naam in his lap. ||2||
