ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮਲਾਰ ਰਾਗੁ ਜੋ ਕਰਹਿ ਤਿਨ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਹੋਇ ॥ गुरमुखि मलार रागु जो करहि तिन मनु तनु सीतलु होइ ॥ Gurmukẖ malār rāg jo karahi ṯin man ṯan sīṯal ho▫e. Those Gurmukhs who sing in the Raga of Malaar - their minds and bodies become cool and calm. ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੩ ॥ सलोक मः ३ ॥ Salok mėhlā 3. Shalok, Third Mehl: ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਏਕੁ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਏਕੋ ਸਚਾ ਸੋਇ ॥ गुर सबदी एकु पछाणिआ एको सचा सोइ ॥ Gur sabḏī ek pacẖẖāṇi▫ā eko sacẖā so▫e. Through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, they realize the One, the One True Lord. ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਸਚਾ ਸਚੁ ਮਨਿ ਸਚੇ ਸਚੀ ਸੋਇ ॥ मनु तनु सचा सचु मनि सचे सची सोइ ॥ Man ṯan sacẖā sacẖ man sacẖe sacẖī so▫e. Their minds and bodies are true; they obey the True Lord, and they are known as true. ਅੰਦਰਿ ਸਚੀ ਭਗਤਿ ਹੈ ਸਹਜੇ ਹੀ ਪਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥ अंदरि सची भगति है सहजे ही पति होइ ॥ Anḏar sacẖī bẖagaṯ hai sėhje hī paṯ ho▫e. True devotional worship is deep within them; they are automatically blessed with honor. ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਘੋਰ ਅੰਧਾਰੁ ਹੈ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਰਾਹੁ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥ कलिजुग महि घोर अंधारु है मनमुख राहु न कोइ ॥ Kalijug mėh gẖor anḏẖār hai manmukẖ rāhu na ko▫e. In this Dark Age of Kali Yuga, there is utter darkness; the self-willed manmukh cannot find the way. ਸੇ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਨਾਨਕਾ ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹੋਇ ॥੧॥ से वडभागी नानका जिन गुरमुखि परगटु होइ ॥१॥ Se vadbẖāgī nānkā jin gurmukẖ pargat ho▫e. ||1|| O Nanak, very blessed are those Gurmukhs, unto whom the Lord is revealed. ||1||
