ਸਾਰਗ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ सारग महला ५ ॥ Saarag mėhlaa 5. Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਗੋਬਿਦ ਜੀਉ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧਾਰ ॥ गोबिद जीउ तू मेरे प्रान अधार ॥ Gobiḋ jee▫o ṫoo méré paraan aḋʰaar. O Dear Lord of the Universe, You are the Support of my breath of life. ਸਾਜਨ ਮੀਤ ਸਹਾਈ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੋ ਪਰਵਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ साजन मीत सहाई तुम ही तू मेरो परवार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Saajan meeṫ sahaa▫ee ṫum hee ṫoo méro parvaar. ||1|| rahaa▫o. You are my Best Friend and Companion, my Help and Support; You are my family. ||1||Pause|| ਕਰੁ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਧਾਰਿਓ ਮੇਰੈ ਮਾਥੈ ਸਾਧਸੰਗਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ॥ करु मसतकि धारिओ मेरै माथै साधसंगि गुण गाए ॥ Kar masṫak ḋʰaari▫o méræ maaṫʰæ saaḋʰsang guṇ gaa▫é. You placed Your Hand on my forehead; in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I sing Your Glorious Praises. ਤੁਮਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਫਲ ਪਾਏ ਰਸਕਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮ ਧਿਆਏ ॥੧॥ तुमरी क्रिपा ते सभ फल पाए रसकि राम नाम धिआए ॥१॥ Ṫumree kirpaa ṫé sabʰ fal paa▫é rasak raam naam ḋʰi▫aa▫é. ||1|| By Your Grace, I have obtained all fruits and rewards; I meditate on the Lord’s Name with delight. ||1|| ਅਬਿਚਲ ਨੀਵ ਧਰਾਈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਕਬਹੂ ਡੋਲਤ ਨਾਹੀ ॥ अबिचल नीव धराई सतिगुरि कबहू डोलत नाही ॥ Abichal neev ḋʰaraa▫ee saṫgur kabhoo dolaṫ naahee. The True Guru has laid the eternal foundation; it shall never be shaken. ਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਬ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਰਾ ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖਾ ਨਿਧਿ ਪਾਂਹੀ ॥੨॥੯੨॥੧੧੫॥ गुर नानक जब भए दइआरा सरब सुखा निधि पांही ॥२॥९२॥११५॥ Gur Naanak jab bʰa▫é ḋa▫i▫aaraa sarab sukʰaa niḋʰ paaⁿhee. ||2||92||115|| Guru Nanak has become merciful to me, and I have been blessed with the treasure of absolute peace. ||2||92||115|| ਨਿਬਹੀ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਸਚੁ ਖੇਪ ॥ निबही नाम की सचु खेप ॥ Nibhee naam kee sach kʰép. Only the true merchandise of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, stays with you. ਲਾਭੁ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਇ ਨਿਧਿ ਧਨੁ ਬਿਖੈ ਮਾਹਿ ਅਲੇਪ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ लाभु हरि गुण गाइ निधि धनु बिखै माहि अलेप ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Laabʰ har guṇ gaa▫é niḋʰ ḋʰan bikʰæ maahi alép. ||1|| rahaa▫o. Sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, the treasure of wealth, and earn your profit; in the midst of corruption, remain untouched. ||1||Pause||
