ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਸਭੇ ਥੋਕ ਵਿਸਾਰਿ ਇਕੋ ਮਿਤੁ ਕਰਿ ॥ सभे थोक विसारि इको मितु करि ॥ Sabẖe thok visār iko miṯ kar. Forget everything, and be friends with the One Lord alone. ਆਵਣ ਜਾਣਾ ਚੁਕੈ ਜਨਮਿ ਨ ਜਾਹਿ ਮਰਿ ॥ आवण जाणा चुकै जनमि न जाहि मरि ॥ Āvaṇ jāṇā cẖukai janam na jāhi mar. Your comings and goings in reincarnation shall cease; you shall not be reborn and die again. ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਹੋਇ ਨਿਹਾਲੁ ਪਾਪਾ ਦਹੈ ਹਰਿ ॥ मनु तनु होइ निहालु पापा दहै हरि ॥ Man ṯan ho▫e nihāl pāpā ḏahai har. Your mind and body shall be enraptured, and the Lord shall burn away your sins. ਸਚੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਆਧਾਰੁ ਸੋਗਿ ਨ ਮੋਹਿ ਜਰਿ ॥ सचु नामु आधारु सोगि न मोहि जरि ॥ Sacẖ nām āḏẖār sog na mohi jar. The True Name shall be your Support, and you shall not burn in sorrow and attachment. ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਸੰਜਿ ਧਰਿ ॥੨੦॥ नानक नामु निधानु मन महि संजि धरि ॥२०॥ Nānak nām niḏẖān man mėh sanj ḏẖar. ||20|| O Nanak, gather in the treasure of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, within your mind. ||20||
