ਜੋ ਜਨ ਲੂਝਹਿ ਮਨੈ ਸਿਉ ਸੇ ਸੂਰੇ ਪਰਧਾਨਾ ॥ जो जन लूझहि मनै सिउ से सूरे परधाना ॥ Jo jan loojʰėh manæ si▫o sé sooré parḋʰaanaa. Those humble beings who struggle with their minds are brave and distinguished heroes. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛee. Pauree: ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਸਦਾ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੇ ਜਿਨੀ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਨਾ ॥ हरि सेती सदा मिलि रहे जिनी आपु पछाना ॥ Har séṫee saḋaa mil rahé jinee aap pachʰaanaa. Those who realize their own selves, remain forever united with the Lord. ਗਿਆਨੀਆ ਕਾ ਇਹੁ ਮਹਤੁ ਹੈ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਨਾ ॥ गिआनीआ का इहु महतु है मन माहि समाना ॥ Gi▫aanee▫aa kaa ih mahaṫ hæ man maahi samaanaa. This is the glory of the spiritual teachers, that they remain absorbed in their mind. ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਕਾ ਮਹਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਚੁ ਲਾਇ ਧਿਆਨਾ ॥ हरि जीउ का महलु पाइआ सचु लाइ धिआना ॥ Har jee▫o kaa mahal paa▫i▫aa sach laa▫é ḋʰi▫aanaa. They attain the Mansion of the Lord’s Presence, and focus their meditation on the True Lord. ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਮਨੁ ਜੀਤਿਆ ਜਗੁ ਤਿਨਹਿ ਜਿਤਾਨਾ ॥੮॥ जिन गुर परसादी मनु जीतिआ जगु तिनहि जिताना ॥८॥ Jin gur parsaadee man jeeṫi▫aa jag ṫinėh jiṫaanaa. ||8|| Those who conquer their own minds, by Guru’s Grace, conquer the world. ||8||
