Sukẖman. 1. ਜੋਗ ਮਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਕ ਨਾੜੀ ਜੋ ਨੱਕ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੰਗਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ 'ਇੜਾ' ਤੇ ਸਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ 'ਪਿੰਗਲਾ' ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 2. ਮਿਲਾਪ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਜਿਥੇ 'ਇੜਾ' ਤੇ 'ਪਿੰਗਲਾ' ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ (ਭਾਵ)। 1. according Yoga a channel which starts from nose and goes right upto central spinal cord; central traches, central spinal channel. 2. state of conjunction of Erha and Pingla channels, symbolically meaning mental peace (suggestive meaning).

1. ਮਨ ਰੇ ਪਵਨ ਦ੍ਰਿੜੁ ਸੁਖਮਨ ਨਾਰੀ ॥ Raga Gaurhee, Kabir, 18, 1:2 (P: 327).
2. ਸੁਖਮਨ ਕੈ ਘਰਿ ਰਾਗੁ ਸੁਨਿ ਸੁੰਨਿ ਮੰਡਲਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ॥ Raga Malaar 1, Vaar 27ਸ, 1, 1:5 (P: 1291).
