Bẖūchar. ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਯਾਮ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਭਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਟਿੱਕਾਨ ਦਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। one of the posture in Pranayam.
ਉਦਾਹਰਨ:
ਖੇਚਰ ਭੂਚਰ ਤੁਲਸੀ ਮਾਲਾ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ Raga Raamkalee, Naamdev, 3, 3:1 (P: 973).

ਪ੍ਰਿਥਿਵੀ ਪੁਰ ਵਿਚਰਣ ਵਾਲਾ. ਥਲ (ਸ੍ਥਲ) ਨਿਵਾਸੀ। 2. ਮ੍ਰਿਗ. (ਸਨਾਮਾ) 3. ਭੂਚਰੀ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ. “ਖੇਚਰ ਭੂਚਰ ਤੁਲਸੀਮਾਲਾ ਗੁਰਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਪਾਇਆ.” (ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮਦੇਵ) ਭਾਵ- ਯੋਗਕਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਪਫਲ, ਮੈ ਗੁਰਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਪਾਇਆ. ਦੇਖੋ- ਭੂਚਰੀ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ. Footnotes:
