ਦੇਖੋ- ਰੂਢਿ. “ਰੂੜੋ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਮਾਹਰੋ, ਰੂੜੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ.” (ਆਸਾ ਅ: ਮਃ ੧) “ਰੂੜੀਬਾਣੀ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ.” (ਓਅੰਕਾਰ) 2. ਸੰ. {मारुण्ड} ਮਾਰੁੰਡ. ਉਹ ਥਾਂ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਗੋਬਰ ਫੈਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ. ਕਈ ਵਿਦ੍ਵਾਨ ਰੂਢ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਤੋਂ ਰੂੜੀ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਰਥਾਤ- ਜੋ ਰੋਜ਼ ਵਧਦੀ ਰਹਿਂਦੀ ਹੈ. Footnotes:
