ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਾਧਿ ਬੋਧਿ ਅਪਰੰਪਰ ਪੁਰਖ ਅਪਾਰੀ
हरि हरि अगम अगाधि बोधि अपर्मपर पुरख अपारी ॥
Har har agam agāḏẖ boḏẖ aprampar purakẖ apārī.
The Lord, Har, Har, is unapproachable, of unfathomable wisdom, unlimited, all-powerful and infinite.

ਜਨ ਕਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਹੁ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਪੈਜ ਸਵਾਰੀ ॥੪॥੧॥
जन कउ क्रिपा करहु जगजीवन जन नानक पैज सवारी ॥४॥१॥
Jan ka▫o kirpā karahu jagjīvan jan Nānak paij savārī. ||4||1||
Show Mercy to Your humble servant, O Life of the world, and save the honor of servant Nanak. ||4||1||

ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ
धनासरी महला ४ ॥
Ḏẖanāsrī mėhlā 4.
Dhanaasaree, Fourth Mehl:

ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿਓ ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਦੂਖੁ ਭਰਮੁ ਭਉ ਭਾਗੀ
हरि के संत जना हरि जपिओ तिन का दूखु भरमु भउ भागी ॥
Har ke sanṯ janā har japi▫o ṯin kā ḏūkẖ bẖaram bẖa▫o bẖāgī.
The humble Saints of the Lord meditate on the Lord; their pain, doubt and fear have run away.

ਅਪਨੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਆਪਿ ਕਰਾਈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਜਾਗੀ ॥੧॥
अपनी सेवा आपि कराई गुरमति अंतरि जागी ॥१॥
Apnī sevā āp karā▫ī gurmaṯ anṯar jāgī. ||1||
The Lord Himself inspires them to serve Him; they are awakened within to the Guru's Teachings. ||1||

ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ ਰਤਾ ਬੈਰਾਗੀ
हरि कै नामि रता बैरागी ॥
Har kai nām raṯā bairāgī.
Imbued with the Lord's Name, they are unattached to the world.

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਣੀ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
हरि हरि कथा सुणी मनि भाई गुरमति हरि लिव लागी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Har har kathā suṇī man bẖā▫ī gurmaṯ har liv lāgī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Listening to the sermon of the Lord, Har, Har, their minds are pleased; through Guru's Instruction, they enshrine love for the Lord. ||1||Pause||

ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੀ ਜਾਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਹਮ ਸਾਂਗੀ
संत जना की जाति हरि सुआमी तुम्ह ठाकुर हम सांगी ॥
Sanṯ janā kī jāṯ har su▫āmī ṯumĥ ṯẖākur ham sāʼngī.
God, the Lord and Master, is the caste and social status of His humble Saints. You are the Lord and Master; I am just Your puppet.

ਜੈਸੀ ਮਤਿ ਦੇਵਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਮ ਤੈਸੇ ਬੁਲਗ ਬੁਲਾਗੀ ॥੨॥
जैसी मति देवहु हरि सुआमी हम तैसे बुलग बुलागी ॥२॥
Jaisī maṯ ḏevhu har su▫āmī ham ṯaise bulag bulāgī. ||2||
As is the understanding You bless us with, so are the words we speak. ||2||

ਕਿਆ ਹਮ ਕਿਰਮ ਨਾਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਨਿਕ ਕੀਰੇ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਵਡ ਪੁਰਖ ਵਡਾਗੀ
किआ हम किरम नान्ह निक कीरे तुम्ह वड पुरख वडागी ॥
Ki▫ā ham kiram nānĥ nik kīre ṯumĥ vad purakẖ vadāgī.
What are we? Tiny worms, and microscopic germs. You are our great and glorious Lord and Master.

ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਰੀ ਗਤਿ ਮਿਤਿ ਕਹਿ ਸਕਹ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਹਮ ਕਿਉ ਕਰਿ ਮਿਲਹ ਅਭਾਗੀ ॥੩॥
तुम्हरी गति मिति कहि न सकह प्रभ हम किउ करि मिलह अभागी ॥३॥
Ŧumĥrī gaṯ miṯ kahi na sakah parabẖ ham ki▫o kar milah abẖāgī. ||3||
I cannot describe Your state and extent. O God, how can we unfortunate ones meet with You? ||3||

ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰਹੁ ਹਮ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਗੀ
हरि प्रभ सुआमी किरपा धारहु हम हरि हरि सेवा लागी ॥
Har parabẖ su▫āmī kirpā ḏẖārahu ham har har sevā lāgī.
O God, my Lord and Master, shower me with Your Mercy, and commit me to Your service.

ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸਨਿ ਦਾਸੁ ਕਰਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਹਮ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਕਥਾਗੀ ॥੪॥੨॥
नानक दासनि दासु करहु प्रभ हम हरि कथा कथागी ॥४॥२॥
Nānak ḏāsan ḏās karahu parabẖ ham har kathā kathāgī. ||4||2||
Make Nanak the slave of Your slaves, God; I speak the speech of the Lord's sermon. ||4||2||

ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ
धनासरी महला ४ ॥

Dhanaasaree, Fourth Mehl:

ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਸੰਤੁ ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਸਤ ਪੁਰਖਾ ਜੋ ਬੋਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਬਾਨੀ
हरि का संतु सतगुरु सत पुरखा जो बोलै हरि हरि बानी ॥
Har kā sanṯ saṯgur saṯ purkẖā jo bolai har har bānī.
The True Guru is the Lord's Saint, the True Being, who chants the Bani of the Lord, Har, Har.

ਜੋ ਜੋ ਕਹੈ ਸੁਣੈ ਸੋ ਮੁਕਤਾ ਹਮ ਤਿਸ ਕੈ ਸਦ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ॥੧॥
जो जो कहै सुणै सो मुकता हम तिस कै सद कुरबानी ॥१॥
Jo jo kahai suṇai so mukṯā ham ṯis kai saḏ kurbānī. ||1||
Whoever chants it, and listens to it, is liberated; I am forever a sacrifice to him. ||1||

ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸੰਤ ਸੁਨਹੁ ਜਸੁ ਕਾਨੀ
हरि के संत सुनहु जसु कानी ॥
Har ke sanṯ sunhu jas kānī.
O Saints of the Lord, listen to the Lord's Praises with your ears.

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਨਹੁ ਇਕ ਨਿਮਖ ਪਲ ਸਭਿ ਕਿਲਵਿਖ ਪਾਪ ਲਹਿ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
हरि हरि कथा सुनहु इक निमख पल सभि किलविख पाप लहि जानी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Har har kathā sunhu ik nimakẖ pal sabẖ kilvikẖ pāp lėh jānī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Listen to the sermon of the Lord, Har, Har, for a moment, for even an instant, and all your sins and mistakes shall be erased. ||1||Pause||

ਐਸਾ ਸੰਤੁ ਸਾਧੁ ਜਿਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਵਡ ਪੁਰਖ ਵਡਾਨੀ
ऐसा संतु साधु जिन पाइआ ते वड पुरख वडानी ॥
Aisā sanṯ sāḏẖ jin pā▫i▫ā ṯe vad purakẖ vadānī.
Those who find such humble, Holy Saints, are the greatest of the great persons.

ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਧੂਰਿ ਮੰਗਹ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਮ ਹਰਿ ਲੋਚ ਲੁਚਾਨੀ ॥੨॥
तिन की धूरि मंगह प्रभ सुआमी हम हरि लोच लुचानी ॥२॥
Ŧin kī ḏẖūr mangah parabẖ su▫āmī ham har locẖ lucẖānī. ||2||
I beg for the dust of their feet; I long for the longing for God, my Lord and Master. ||2||

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਫਲਿਓ ਬਿਰਖੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਜਿਨ ਜਪਿਓ ਸੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਨੀ
हरि हरि सफलिओ बिरखु प्रभ सुआमी जिन जपिओ से त्रिपतानी ॥
Har har safli▫o birakẖ parabẖ su▫āmī jin japi▫o se ṯaripṯānī.
The Name of God, the Lord and Master, Har, Har, is the fruit-bearing tree; those who meditate on it are satisfied.

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਪੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਸੇ ਸਭ ਲਾਥੀ ਭੂਖ ਭੁਖਾਨੀ ॥੩॥
हरि हरि अम्रितु पी त्रिपतासे सभ लाथी भूख भुखानी ॥३॥
Har har amriṯ pī ṯaripṯāse sabẖ lāthī bẖūkẖ bẖukẖānī. ||3||
Drinking in the ambrosia of the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, I am satisfied; all my hunger and thirst is quenched. ||3||

ਜਿਨ ਕੇ ਵਡੇ ਭਾਗ ਵਡ ਊਚੇ ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿਓ ਜਪਾਨੀ
जिन के वडे भाग वड ऊचे तिन हरि जपिओ जपानी ॥
Jin ke vade bẖāg vad ūcẖe ṯin har japi▫o japānī.
Those who are blessed with the highest, loftiest destiny, chant and meditate on the Lord.

ਤਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਸ ਦਸਾਨੀ ॥੪॥੩॥
तिन हरि संगति मेलि प्रभ सुआमी जन नानक दास दसानी ॥४॥३॥
Ŧin har sangaṯ mel parabẖ su▫āmī jan Nānak ḏās ḏasānī. ||4||3||
Let me join their congregation, O God, my Lord and Master; Nanak is the slave of their slaves. ||4||3||

ਹਮ ਅੰਧੁਲੇ ਅੰਧ ਬਿਖੈ ਬਿਖੁ ਰਾਤੇ ਕਿਉ ਚਾਲਹ ਗੁਰ ਚਾਲੀ
हम अंधुले अंध बिखै बिखु राते किउ चालह गुर चाली ॥
Ham anḏẖule anḏẖ bikẖai bikẖ rāṯe ki▫o cẖālah gur cẖālī.
I am blind, totally blind, entangled in corruption and poison. How can I walk on the Guru's Path?

ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਦਇਆ ਕਰੇ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਹਮ ਲਾਵੈ ਆਪਨ ਪਾਲੀ ॥੧॥
सतगुरु दइआ करे सुखदाता हम लावै आपन पाली ॥१॥
Saṯgur ḏa▫i▫ā kare sukẖ▫ḏāṯa ham lāvai āpan pālī. ||1||
If the True Guru, the Giver of peace, shows His kindness, He attaches us to the hem of His robe. ||1||

ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਮੀਤ ਚਲਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਚਾਲੀ
गुरसिख मीत चलहु गुर चाली ॥
Gursikẖ mīṯ cẖalhu gur cẖālī.
O Sikhs of the Guru, O friends, walk on the Guru's Path.

ਜੋ ਗੁਰੁ ਕਹੈ ਸੋਈ ਭਲ ਮਾਨਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਨਿਰਾਲੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ
जो गुरु कहै सोई भल मानहु हरि हरि कथा निराली ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Jo gur kahai so▫ī bẖal mānhu har har kathā nirālī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Whatever the Guru says, accept that as good; the sermon of the Lord, Har, Har, is unique and wonderful. ||1||Pause||

ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸੰਤ ਸੁਣਹੁ ਜਨ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿਹੁ ਬੇਗਿ ਬੇਗਾਲੀ
हरि के संत सुणहु जन भाई गुरु सेविहु बेगि बेगाली ॥
Har ke sanṯ suṇhu jan bẖā▫ī gur sevihu beg begālī.
O Saints of the Lord, O Siblings of Destiny, listen: serve the Guru, quickly now!

ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿ ਖਰਚੁ ਹਰਿ ਬਾਧਹੁ ਮਤ ਜਾਣਹੁ ਆਜੁ ਕਿ ਕਾਲ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ॥੨॥
सतगुरु सेवि खरचु हरि बाधहु मत जाणहु आजु कि काल्ही ॥२॥
Saṯgur sev kẖaracẖ har bāḏẖhu maṯ jāṇhu āj kė kālĥī. ||2||
Let your service to the True Guru be your supplies on the Lord's Path; pack them up, and don't think of today or tomorrow. ||2||

ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਪਹੁ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਣਾ ਹਰਿ ਸੰਤੁ ਚਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਲੀ
हरि के संत जपहु हरि जपणा हरि संतु चलै हरि नाली ॥
Har ke sanṯ japahu har japṇā har sanṯ cẖalai har nālī.
O Saints of the Lord, chant the chant of the Lord's Name; the Lord's Saints walk with the Lord.

ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿਆ ਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਹੋਏ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਕੇਲ ਕੇਲਾਲੀ ॥੩॥
जिन हरि जपिआ से हरि होए हरि मिलिआ केल केलाली ॥३॥
Jin har japi▫ā se har ho▫e har mili▫ā kel kelālī. ||3||
Those who meditate on the Lord, become the Lord; the playful, wondrous Lord meets them. ||3||

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਨੁ ਜਪਿ ਲੋਚ ਲੋੁਚਾਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਿ ਬਨਵਾਲੀ
हरि हरि जपनु जपि लोच लोचानी हरि किरपा करि बनवाली ॥
Har har japan jap locẖ locẖānī har kirpā kar banvālī.
To chant the chant of the Lord's Name, Har, Har, is the longing I long for; have Mercy upon me, O Lord of the world-forest.

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਧ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਹਮ ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਪਗ ਰਾਲੀ ॥੪॥੪॥
जन नानक संगति साध हरि मेलहु हम साध जना पग राली ॥४॥४॥
Jan Nānak sangaṯ sāḏẖ har melhu ham sāḏẖ janā pag rālī. ||4||4||
O Lord, unite servant Nanak with the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy; make me the dust of the feet of the Holy. ||4||4||
