ਅਪਣੇ ਜੀਅ ਤੈ ਆਪਿ ਸਮ੍ਹਾਲੇ ਆਪਿ ਲੀਏ ਲੜਿ ਲਾਈ ॥੧੫॥
Apṇe jī▫a ṯai āp samĥāle āp lī▫e laṛ lā▫ī. ||15||
You Yourself take care of Your beings; You Yourself attach them to the hem of Your robe. ||15||

ਸਾਚ ਧਰਮ ਕਾ ਬੇੜਾ ਬਾਂਧਿਆ ਭਵਜਲੁ ਪਾਰਿ ਪਵਾਈ ॥੧੬॥
Sācẖ ḏẖaram kā beṛā bāʼnḏẖi▫ā bẖavjal pār pavā▫ī. ||16||
I have built the boat of true Dharmic faith, to cross over the terrifying world-ocean. ||16||
|
ਬੇਸੁਮਾਰ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਲਿ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਈ ॥੧੭॥
Besumār be▫anṯ su▫āmī Nānak bal bal jā▫ī. ||17||
The Lord Master is unlimited and endless; Nanak is a sacrifice, a sacrifice to Him. ||17||
|
ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੂਨੀ ਸੰਭਉ ਕਲਿ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਦੀਪਾਈ ॥੧੮॥
Akāl mūraṯ ajūnī sambẖa▫o kal anḏẖkār ḏīpā▫ī. ||18||
Being of Immortal Manifestation, He is not born; He is self-existent; He is the Light in the darkness of Kali Yuga. ||18||

ਅੰਤਰਜਾਮੀ ਜੀਅਨ ਕਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਦੇਖਤ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਈ ॥੧੯॥
Anṯarjāmī jī▫an kā ḏāṯā ḏekẖaṯ ṯaripaṯ agẖā▫ī. ||19||
He is the Inner-knower, the Searcher of hearts, the Giver of souls; gazing upon Him, I am satisfied and fulfilled. ||19||

ਏਕੰਕਾਰੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਸਭ ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੨੦॥
Ėkankār niranjan nirbẖa▫o sabẖ jal thal rahi▫ā samā▫ī. ||20||
He is the One Universal Creator Lord, immaculate and fearless; He is permeating and pervading all the water and the land. ||20||

ਭਗਤਿ ਦਾਨੁ ਭਗਤਾ ਕਉ ਦੀਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਜਾਚੈ ਮਾਈ ॥੨੧॥੧॥੬॥
Bẖagaṯ ḏān bẖagṯā ka▫o ḏīnā har Nānak jācẖai mā▫ī. ||21||1||6||
He blesses His devotees with the Gift of devotional worship; Nanak longs for the Lord, O my mother. ||21||1||6||

ਸਿਖਹੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਪਿਆਰਿਹੋ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਕੀ ਟੇਕ ॥
Sikẖahu sabaḏ pi▫āriho janam maran kī tek.
Study the Word of the Shabad, O beloveds. It is your anchoring support in life and in death.

ਮੁਖੁ ਊਜਲੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਏਕ ॥੧॥
Mukẖ ūjal saḏā sukẖī Nānak simraṯ ek. ||1||
Your face shall be radiant, and you will be at peace forever, O Nanak, meditating in remembrance on the One Lord. ||1||
|
ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਭਗਤਿ ਬਣਿ ਆਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੧॥
Man ṯan rāṯā rām pi▫āre har parem bẖagaṯ baṇ ā▫ī sanṯahu. ||1||
My mind and body are imbued with my Beloved Lord; I have been blessed with loving devotion to the Lord, O Saints. ||1||
|
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਖੇਪ ਨਿਬਾਹੀ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥
Saṯgur kẖep nibāhī sanṯahu.
The True Guru has approved my cargo, O Saints.

ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਲਾਹਾ ਦਾਸ ਕਉ ਦੀਆ ਸਗਲੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨ ਉਲਾਹੀ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Har nām lāhā ḏās ka▫o ḏī▫ā saglī ṯarisan ulāhī sanṯahu. ||1|| rahā▫o.
He has blessed His slave with the profit of the Lord's Name; all my thirst is quenched, O Saints. ||1||Pause||

ਖੋਜਤ ਖੋਜਤ ਲਾਲੁ ਇਕੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੨॥
Kẖojaṯ kẖojaṯ lāl ik pā▫i▫ā har kīmaṯ kahaṇ na jā▫ī sanṯahu. ||2||
Searching and searching, I have found the One Lord, the jewel; I cannot express His value, O Saints. ||2||

ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਸਿਉ ਲਾਗੋ ਧਿਆਨਾ ਸਾਚੈ ਦਰਸਿ ਸਮਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੩॥
Cẖaran kamal si▫o lāgo ḏẖi▫ānā sācẖai ḏaras samā▫ī sanṯahu. ||3||
I focus my meditation on His Lotus Feet; I am absorbed in the True Vision of His Darshan, O Saints. ||3||

ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਤ ਗਾਵਤ ਭਏ ਨਿਹਾਲਾ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੪॥
Guṇ gāvaṯ gāvaṯ bẖa▫e nihālā har simraṯ ṯaripaṯ agẖā▫ī sanṯahu. ||4||
Singing, singing His Glorious Praises, I am enraptured; meditating in remembrance on the Lord, I am satisfied and fulfilled, O Saints. ||4||

ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ ਰਵਿਆ ਸਭ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਕਤ ਆਵੈ ਕਤ ਜਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੫॥
Āṯam rām ravi▫ā sabẖ anṯar kaṯ āvai kaṯ jā▫ī sanṯahu. ||5||
The Lord, the Supreme Soul, is permeating within all; what comes, and what goes, O Saints? ||5||
|
ਆਦਿ ਜੁਗਾਦੀ ਹੈ ਭੀ ਹੋਸੀ ਸਭ ਜੀਆ ਕਾ ਸੁਖਦਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੬॥
Āḏ jugāḏī hai bẖī hosī sabẖ jī▫ā kā sukẖ▫ḏā▫ī sanṯahu. ||6||
At the very beginning of time, and throughout the ages, He is, and He shall always be; He is the Giver of peace to all beings, O Saints. ||6||

ਆਪਿ ਬੇਅੰਤੁ ਅੰਤੁ ਨਹੀ ਪਾਈਐ ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਭ ਠਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੭॥
Āp be▫anṯ anṯ nahī pā▫ī▫ai pūr rahi▫ā sabẖ ṯẖā▫ī sanṯahu. ||7||
He Himself is endless; His end cannot be found. He is totally pervading and permeating everywhere, O Saints. ||7||

ਮੀਤ ਸਾਜਨ ਮਾਲੁ ਜੋਬਨੁ ਸੁਤ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਾਪੁ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਈ ਸੰਤਹੁ ॥੮॥੨॥੭॥
Mīṯ sājan māl joban suṯ har Nānak bāp merī mā▫ī sanṯahu. ||8||2||7||
Nanak: the Lord is my friend, companion, wealth, youth, son, father and mother, O Saints. ||8||2||7||

ਮਨ ਬਚ ਕ੍ਰਮਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਚਿਤਾਰੀ ॥
Man bacẖ karam rām nām cẖiṯārī.
In thought, word and deed, I contemplate the Lord's Name.

ਘੂਮਨ ਘੇਰਿ ਮਹਾ ਅਤਿ ਬਿਖੜੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਰਿ ਉਤਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Gẖūman gẖer mahā aṯ bikẖ▫ṛī gurmukẖ Nānak pār uṯārī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
The horrible world-ocean is very treacherous; O Nanak, the Gurmukh is carried across. ||1||Pause||

ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸੂਖਾ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਸੂਖਾ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਮਲਨ ਭਏ ਦੁਸਟਾਰੀ ॥੧॥
Anṯar sūkẖā bāhar sūkẖā har jap malan bẖa▫e ḏustārī. ||1||
Inwardly, peace, and outwardly, peace; meditating on the Lord, evil tendencies are crushed. ||1||
|
ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੇ ਤਿਨਹਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੀਉ ਅਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰੀ ॥੨॥
Jis ṯe lāge ṯinėh nivāre parabẖ jī▫o apṇī kirpā ḏẖārī. ||2||
He has rid me of what was clinging to me; my Dear Lord God has blessed me with His Grace. ||2||
|
ਉਧਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਪਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਨੀ ਪਚਿ ਬਿਨਸੇ ਮਹਾ ਅਹੰਕਾਰੀ ॥੩॥
Uḏẖre sanṯ pare har sarnī pacẖ binse mahā ahaʼnkārī. ||3||
The Saints are saved, in His Sanctuary; the very egotistical people rot away and die. ||3||
|
ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਇਹੁ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਇਕੁ ਕੇਵਲ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਧਾਰੀ ॥੪॥
Sāḏẖū sangaṯ ih fal pā▫i▫ā ik keval nām aḏẖārī. ||4||
In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, I have obtained this fruit, the Support of the One Name alone. ||4||
|
ਨ ਕੋਈ ਸੂਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਈ ਹੀਣਾ ਸਭ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਰੀ ॥੫॥
Na ko▫ī sūr na ko▫ī hīṇā sabẖ pargatī joṯ ṯumĥārī. ||5||
No one is strong, and no one is weak; all are manifestations of Your Light, Lord. ||5||
|
ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਸਮਰਥ ਅਕਥ ਅਗੋਚਰ ਰਵਿਆ ਏਕੁ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥੬॥
Ŧumĥ samrath akath agocẖar ravi▫ā ek murārī. ||6||
You are the all-powerful, indescribable, unfathomable, all-pervading Lord. ||6||
|
ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਉਣੁ ਕਰੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਕਰਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰੀ ॥੭॥
Kīmaṯ ka▫uṇ kare ṯerī karṯe parabẖ anṯ na pārāvārī. ||7||
Who can estimate Your value, O Creator Lord? God has no end or limitation. ||7||
|
ਨਾਮ ਦਾਨੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਤੇਰਿਆ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਰੇਣਾਰੀ ॥੮॥੩॥੮॥੨੨॥
Nām ḏān Nānak vadi▫ā▫ī ṯeri▫ā sanṯ janā reṇārī. ||8||3||8||22||
Please bless Nanak with the glorious greatness of the gift of the Naam, and the dust of the feet of Your Saints. ||8||3||8||22||
