ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਪਿਆਸ ਦਰਸਨ ਘਣੀ ਕੋਈ ਆਣਿ ਮਿਲਾਵੈ ਮਾਇ
मनि तनि पिआस दरसन घणी कोई आणि मिलावै माइ ॥
Man ṯan pi▫ās ḏarsan gẖaṇī ko▫ī āṇ milāvai mā▫e.
My mind and body are so thirsty for the Blessed Vision of His Darshan. Won't someone please come and lead me to him, O my mother.

ਸੰਤ ਸਹਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਕੇ ਹਉ ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਲਾਗਾ ਪਾਇ
संत सहाई प्रेम के हउ तिन कै लागा पाइ ॥
Sanṯ sahā▫ī parem ke ha▫o ṯin kai lāgā pā▫e.
The Saints are the helpers of the Lord's lovers; I fall and touch their feet.

ਵਿਣੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਿਉ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਦੂਜੀ ਨਾਹੀ ਜਾਇ
विणु प्रभ किउ सुखु पाईऐ दूजी नाही जाइ ॥
viṇ parabẖ ki▫o sukẖ pā▫ī▫ai ḏūjī nāhī jā▫e.
Without God, how can I find peace? There is nowhere else to go.

ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਚਾਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਰਸੁ ਸੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਰਹੇ ਆਘਾਇ
जिंन्ही चाखिआ प्रेम रसु से त्रिपति रहे आघाइ ॥
Jinĥī cẖākẖi▫ā parem ras se ṯaripaṯ rahe āgẖā▫e.
Those who have tasted the sublime essence of His Love, remain satisfied and fulfilled.

ਆਪੁ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਬਿਨਤੀ ਕਰਹਿ ਲੇਹੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਲੜਿ ਲਾਇ
आपु तिआगि बिनती करहि लेहु प्रभू लड़ि लाइ ॥
Āp ṯi▫āg binṯī karahi leho parabẖū laṛ lā▫e.
They renounce their selfishness and conceit, and they pray, "God, please attach me to the hem of Your robe".

ਜੋ ਹਰਿ ਕੰਤਿ ਮਿਲਾਈਆ ਸਿ ਵਿਛੁੜਿ ਕਤਹਿ ਜਾਇ
जो हरि कंति मिलाईआ सि विछुड़ि कतहि न जाइ ॥
Jo har kanṯ milā▫ī▫ā sė vicẖẖuṛ kaṯėh na jā▫e.
Those whom the Husband Lord has united with Himself, shall not be separated from Him again.

ਪ੍ਰਭ ਵਿਣੁ ਦੂਜਾ ਕੋ ਨਹੀ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਸਰਣਾਇ
प्रभ विणु दूजा को नही नानक हरि सरणाइ ॥
Parabẖ viṇ ḏūjā ko nahī Nānak har sarṇā▫e.
Without God, there is no other at all. Nanak has entered the Sanctuary of the Lord.

ਅਸੂ ਸੁਖੀ ਵਸੰਦੀਆ ਜਿਨਾ ਮਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇ ॥੮॥
असू सुखी वसंदीआ जिना मइआ हरि राइ ॥८॥
Asū sukẖī vasanḏī▫ā jinā ma▫i▫ā har rā▫e. ||8||
In Assu, the Lord, the Sovereign King, has granted His Mercy, and they dwell in peace. ||8||

ਕਤਿਕਿ ਕਰਮ ਕਮਾਵਣੇ ਦੋਸੁ ਕਾਹੂ ਜੋਗੁ
कतिकि करम कमावणे दोसु न काहू जोगु ॥
Kaṯik karam kamāvṇe ḏos na kāhū jog.
In the month of Katak, do good deeds. Do not try to blame anyone else.

ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਤੇ ਭੁਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਆਪਨਿ ਸਭੇ ਰੋਗ
परमेसर ते भुलिआं विआपनि सभे रोग ॥
Parmesar ṯe bẖuli▫āʼn vi▫āpan sabẖe rog.
Forgetting the Transcendent Lord, all sorts of illnesses are contracted.

ਵੇਮੁਖ ਹੋਏ ਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਲਗਨਿ ਜਨਮ ਵਿਜੋਗ
वेमुख होए राम ते लगनि जनम विजोग ॥
vaimukẖ ho▫e rām ṯe lagan janam vijog.
Those who turn their backs on the Lord shall be separated from Him and consigned to reincarnation, over and over again.

ਖਿਨ ਮਹਿ ਕਉੜੇ ਹੋਇ ਗਏ ਜਿਤੜੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਭੋਗ
खिन महि कउड़े होइ गए जितड़े माइआ भोग ॥
Kẖin mėh ka▫uṛe ho▫e ga▫e jiṯ▫ṛe mā▫i▫ā bẖog.
In an instant, all of Maya's sensual pleasures turn bitter.

ਵਿਚੁ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਿ ਸਕੈ ਕਿਸ ਥੈ ਰੋਵਹਿ ਰੋਜ
विचु न कोई करि सकै किस थै रोवहि रोज ॥
vicẖ na ko▫ī kar sakai kis thai rovėh roj.
No one can then serve as your intermediary. Unto whom can we turn and cry?

ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿਛੂ ਹੋਵਈ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਧੁਰਿ ਸੰਜੋਗ
कीता किछू न होवई लिखिआ धुरि संजोग ॥
Kīṯā kicẖẖū na hova▫ī likẖi▫ā ḏẖur sanjog.
By one's own actions, nothing can be done; destiny was pre-determined from the very beginning.

ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮਿਲੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਤਰਹਿ ਸਭਿ ਬਿਓਗ
वडभागी मेरा प्रभु मिलै तां उतरहि सभि बिओग ॥
vadbẖāgī merā parabẖ milai ṯāʼn uṯrėh sabẖ bi▫og.
By great good fortune, I meet my God, and then all pain of separation departs.

ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਰਾਖਿ ਲੇਹਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬੰਦੀ ਮੋਚ
नानक कउ प्रभ राखि लेहि मेरे साहिब बंदी मोच ॥
Nānak ka▫o parabẖ rākẖ lehi mere sāhib banḏī mocẖ.
Please protect Nanak, God; O my Lord and Master, please release me from bondage.

ਕਤਿਕ ਹੋਵੈ ਸਾਧਸੰਗੁ ਬਿਨਸਹਿ ਸਭੇ ਸੋਚ ॥੯॥
कतिक होवै साधसंगु बिनसहि सभे सोच ॥९॥
Kaṯik hovai sāḏẖsang binsahi sabẖe socẖ. ||9||
In Katak, in the Company of the Holy, all anxiety vanishes. ||9||

ਮੰਘਿਰਿ ਮਾਹਿ ਸੋਹੰਦੀਆ ਹਰਿ ਪਿਰ ਸੰਗਿ ਬੈਠੜੀਆਹ
मंघिरि माहि सोहंदीआ हरि पिर संगि बैठड़ीआह ॥
Mangẖir māhi sohanḏī▫ā har pir sang baiṯẖ▫ṛī▫āh.
In the month of Maghar, those who sit with their Beloved Husband Lord are beautiful.

ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਸੋਭਾ ਕਿਆ ਗਣੀ ਜਿ ਸਾਹਿਬਿ ਮੇਲੜੀਆਹ
तिन की सोभा किआ गणी जि साहिबि मेलड़ीआह ॥
Ŧin kī sobẖā ki▫ā gaṇī jė sāhib melṛī▫āh.
How can their glory be measured? Their Lord and Master blends them with Himself.

ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਮਉਲਿਆ ਰਾਮ ਸਿਉ ਸੰਗਿ ਸਾਧ ਸਹੇਲੜੀਆਹ
तनु मनु मउलिआ राम सिउ संगि साध सहेलड़ीआह ॥
Ŧan man ma▫oli▫ā rām si▫o sang sāḏẖ sahelṛī▫āh.
Their bodies and minds blossom forth in the Lord; they have the companionship of the Holy Saints.

ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਸੇ ਰਹਨਿ ਇਕੇਲੜੀਆਹ
साध जना ते बाहरी से रहनि इकेलड़ीआह ॥
Sāḏẖ janā ṯe bāhrī se rahan ikelaṛī▫āh.
Those who lack the Company of the Holy, remain all alone.

ਤਿਨ ਦੁਖੁ ਕਬਹੂ ਉਤਰੈ ਸੇ ਜਮ ਕੈ ਵਸਿ ਪੜੀਆਹ
तिन दुखु न कबहू उतरै से जम कै वसि पड़ीआह ॥
Ŧin ḏukẖ na kabhū uṯrai se jam kai vas paṛī▫āh.
Their pain never departs, and they fall into the grip of the Messenger of Death.

ਜਿਨੀ ਰਾਵਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੇ ਦਿਸਨਿ ਨਿਤ ਖੜੀਆਹ
जिनी राविआ प्रभु आपणा से दिसनि नित खड़ीआह ॥
Jinī rāvi▫ā parabẖ āpṇā se ḏisan niṯ kẖaṛī▫āh.
Those who have ravished and enjoyed their God, are seen to be continually exalted and uplifted.

ਰਤਨ ਜਵੇਹਰ ਲਾਲ ਹਰਿ ਕੰਠਿ ਤਿਨਾ ਜੜੀਆਹ
रतन जवेहर लाल हरि कंठि तिना जड़ीआह ॥
Raṯan javehar lāl har kanṯẖ ṯinā jaṛī▫āh.
They wear the Necklace of the jewels, emeralds and rubies of the Lord's Name.

ਨਾਨਕ ਬਾਂਛੈ ਧੂੜਿ ਤਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਣੀ ਦਰਿ ਪੜੀਆਹ
नानक बांछै धूड़ि तिन प्रभ सरणी दरि पड़ीआह ॥
Nānak bāʼncẖẖai ḏẖūṛ ṯin parabẖ sarṇī ḏar paṛī▫āh.
Nanak seeks the dust of the feet of those who take to the Sanctuary of the Lord's Door.

ਮੰਘਿਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਆਰਾਧਣਾ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਜਨਮੜੀਆਹ ॥੧੦॥
मंघिरि प्रभु आराधणा बहुड़ि न जनमड़ीआह ॥१०॥
Mangẖir parabẖ ārāḏẖaṇā bahuṛ na janamṛī▫āh. ||10||
Those who worship and adore God in Maghar, do not suffer the cycle of reincarnation ever again. ||10||

ਪੋਖਿ ਤੁਖਾਰੁ ਵਿਆਪਈ ਕੰਠਿ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਹੁ
पोखि तुखारु न विआपई कंठि मिलिआ हरि नाहु ॥
Pokẖ ṯukẖār na vi▫āpa▫ī kanṯẖ mili▫ā har nāhu.
In the month of Poh, the cold does not touch those, whom the Husband Lord hugs close in His Embrace.

ਮਨੁ ਬੇਧਿਆ ਚਰਨਾਰਬਿੰਦ ਦਰਸਨਿ ਲਗੜਾ ਸਾਹੁ
मनु बेधिआ चरनारबिंद दरसनि लगड़ा साहु ॥
Man beḏẖi▫ā cẖarnārbinḏ ḏarsan lagṛā sāhu.
Their minds are transfixed by His Lotus Feet. They are attached to the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan.

ਓਟ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਰਾਇ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਲਾਹੁ
ओट गोविंद गोपाल राइ सेवा सुआमी लाहु ॥
Ot govinḏ gopāl rā▫e sevā su▫āmī lāhu.
Seek the Protection of the Lord of the Universe; His service is truly profitable.

ਬਿਖਿਆ ਪੋਹਿ ਸਕਈ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਹੁ
बिखिआ पोहि न सकई मिलि साधू गुण गाहु ॥
Bikẖi▫ā pohi na sak▫ī mil sāḏẖū guṇ gāhu.
Corruption shall not touch you, when you join the Holy Saints and sing the Lord's Praises.

ਜਹ ਤੇ ਉਪਜੀ ਤਹ ਮਿਲੀ ਸਚੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਸਮਾਹੁ
जह ते उपजी तह मिली सची प्रीति समाहु ॥
Jah ṯe upjī ṯah milī sacẖī parīṯ samāhu.
From where it originated, there the soul is blended again. It is absorbed in the Love of the True Lord.

ਕਰੁ ਗਹਿ ਲੀਨੀ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮਿ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਵਿਛੁੜੀਆਹੁ
करु गहि लीनी पारब्रहमि बहुड़ि न विछुड़ीआहु ॥
Kar gėh līnī pārbarahm bahuṛ na vicẖẖuṛi▫āhu.
When the Supreme Lord God grasps someone's hand, he shall never again suffer separation from Him.

ਬਾਰਿ ਜਾਉ ਲਖ ਬੇਰੀਆ ਹਰਿ ਸਜਣੁ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਾਹੁ
बारि जाउ लख बेरीआ हरि सजणु अगम अगाहु ॥
Bār jā▫o lakẖ berī▫ā har sajaṇ agam agāhu.
I am a sacrifice, 100,000 times, to the Lord, my Friend, the Unapproachable and Unfathomable.

ਸਰਮ ਪਈ ਨਾਰਾਇਣੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਰਿ ਪਈਆਹੁ
सरम पई नाराइणै नानक दरि पईआहु ॥
Saram pa▫ī nārā▫iṇai Nānak ḏar pa▫ī▫āhu.
Please preserve my honor, Lord; Nanak begs at Your Door.

ਪੋਖੁ ਸੋੁਹੰਦਾ ਸਰਬ ਸੁਖ ਜਿਸੁ ਬਖਸੇ ਵੇਪਰਵਾਹੁ ॥੧੧॥
पोखु सोहंदा सरब सुख जिसु बखसे वेपरवाहु ॥११॥
Pokẖ sohanḏā sarab sukẖ jis bakẖse veparvāhu. ||11||
Poh is beautiful, and all comforts come to that one, whom the Carefree Lord has forgiven. ||11||

ਮਾਘਿ ਮਜਨੁ ਸੰਗਿ ਸਾਧੂਆ ਧੂੜੀ ਕਰਿ ਇਸਨਾਨੁ
माघि मजनु संगि साधूआ धूड़ी करि इसनानु ॥
Māgẖ majan sang sāḏẖū▫ā ḏẖūṛī kar isnān.
In the month of Maagh, let your cleansing bath be the dust of the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.

ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇ ਸੁਣਿ ਸਭਨਾ ਨੋ ਕਰਿ ਦਾਨੁ
हरि का नामु धिआइ सुणि सभना नो करि दानु ॥
Har kā nām ḏẖi▫ā▫e suṇ sabẖnā no kar ḏān.
Meditate and listen to the Name of the Lord, and give it to everyone.

ਜਨਮ ਕਰਮ ਮਲੁ ਉਤਰੈ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਇ ਗੁਮਾਨੁ
जनम करम मलु उतरै मन ते जाइ गुमानु ॥
Janam karam mal uṯrai man ṯe jā▫e gumān.
In this way, the filth of lifetimes of karma shall be removed, and egotistical pride shall vanish from your mind.
