ਕਹਿਆ ਕਰਣਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਲੈਣਾ ॥ कहिआ करणा दिता लैणा ॥ Kahi▫ā karṇā ḏiṯā laiṇā. As You command, I obey; as You give, I receive. ਮਾਝ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ माझ महला ५ ॥ Mājẖ mėhlā 5. Maajh, Fifth Mehl: ਸਭ ਕਿਛੁ ਤੂੰਹੈ ਤੂੰਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕਉ ਬਲਿ ਜਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥ सभ किछु तूंहै तूंहै मेरे पिआरे तेरी कुदरति कउ बलि जाई जीउ ॥१॥ Sabẖ kicẖẖ ṯūʼnhai ṯūʼnhai mere pi▫āre ṯerī kuḏraṯ ka▫o bal jā▫ī jī▫o. ||1|| You are everything; You are my Beloved. I am a sacrifice to Your Creative Power. ||1|| ਗਰੀਬਾ ਅਨਾਥਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਮਾਣਾ ॥ गरीबा अनाथा तेरा माणा ॥ Garībā anāthā ṯerā māṇā. You are the Pride of the meek and the poor. ਭਾਣੈ ਉਝੜ ਭਾਣੈ ਰਾਹਾ ॥ भाणै उझड़ भाणै राहा ॥ Bẖāṇai ujẖaṛ bẖāṇai rāhā. By Your Will, we wander in the wilderness; by Your Will, we find the path. ਭਾਣੈ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਗਾਵਾਹਾ ॥ भाणै हरि गुण गुरमुखि गावाहा ॥ Bẖāṇai har guṇ gurmukẖ gāvāhā. By Your Will, we become Gurmukh and sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ਭਾਣੈ ਭਰਮਿ ਭਵੈ ਬਹੁ ਜੂਨੀ ਸਭ ਕਿਛੁ ਤਿਸੈ ਰਜਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥ भाणै भरमि भवै बहु जूनी सभ किछु तिसै रजाई जीउ ॥२॥ Bẖāṇai bẖaram bẖavai baho jūnī sabẖ kicẖẖ ṯisai rajā▫ī jī▫o. ||2|| By Your Will, we wander in doubt through countless lifetimes. Everything happens by Your Will. ||2|| ਨਾ ਕੋ ਮੂਰਖੁ ਨਾ ਕੋ ਸਿਆਣਾ ॥ ना को मूरखु ना को सिआणा ॥ Nā ko mūrakẖ nā ko si▫āṇā. No one is foolish, and no one is clever. ਵਰਤੈ ਸਭ ਕਿਛੁ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਾਣਾ ॥ वरतै सभ किछु तेरा भाणा ॥ varṯai sabẖ kicẖẖ ṯerā bẖāṇā. Your Will determines everything; ਅਗਮ ਅਗੋਚਰ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਥਾਹਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਹਣੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥ अगम अगोचर बेअंत अथाहा तेरी कीमति कहणु न जाई जीउ ॥३॥ Agam agocẖar be▫anṯ athāhā ṯerī kīmaṯ kahaṇ na jā▫ī jī▫o. ||3|| You are Inaccessible, Incomprehensible, Infinite and Unfathomable. Your Value cannot be expressed. ||3|| ਖਾਕੁ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੀ ਦੇਹੁ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥ खाकु संतन की देहु पिआरे ॥ Kẖāk sanṯan kī ḏeh pi▫āre. Please bless me with the dust of the Saints, O my Beloved. ਆਇ ਪਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਤੇਰੈ ਦੁਆਰੈ ॥ आइ पइआ हरि तेरै दुआरै ॥ Ā▫e pa▫i▫ā har ṯerai ḏu▫ārai. I have come and fallen at Your Door, O Lord. ਦਰਸਨੁ ਪੇਖਤ ਮਨੁ ਆਘਾਵੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਮਿਲਣੁ ਸੁਭਾਈ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੭॥੧੪॥ दरसनु पेखत मनु आघावै नानक मिलणु सुभाई जीउ ॥४॥७॥१४॥ Ḏarsan pekẖaṯ man āgẖāvai Nānak milaṇ subẖā▫ī jī▫o. ||4||7||14|| Gazing upon the Blessed Vision of His Darshan, my mind is fulfilled. O Nanak, with natural ease, I merge into Him. ||4||7||14||
