ਕਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਗੜੁ ਕੋਟੁ ਹੈ ਸਭਿ ਦਿਸੰਤਰ ਦੇਸਾ ॥ काइआ अंदरि गड़ु कोटु है सभि दिसंतर देसा ॥ Kā▫i▫ā anḏar gaṛ kot hai sabẖ disanṯar ḏesā. Deep within the body is the fortress of the Lord, and all lands and countries. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਆਪੇ ਤਾੜੀ ਲਾਈਅਨੁ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਪਰਵੇਸਾ ॥ आपे ताड़ी लाईअनु सभ महि परवेसा ॥ Āpe ṯāṛī lā▫ī▫an sabẖ mėh parvesā. He Himself sits in primal, profound Samaadhi; He Himself is all-pervading. ਆਪੇ ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟਿ ਸਾਜੀਅਨੁ ਆਪਿ ਗੁਪਤੁ ਰਖੇਸਾ ॥ आपे स्रिसटि साजीअनु आपि गुपतु रखेसा ॥ Āpe sarisat sājī▫an āp gupaṯ rakẖesā. He Himself created the Universe, and He Himself remains hidden within it. ਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੇ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਸਚੁ ਪਰਗਟੀਏਸਾ ॥ गुर सेवा ते जाणिआ सचु परगटीएसा ॥ Gur sevā ṯe jāṇi▫ā sacẖ pargatī▫esā. Serving the Guru, the Lord is known, and the Truth is revealed. ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਸਚੋ ਸਚੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਿ ਸੋਝੀ ਪਾਈ ॥੧੬॥ सभु किछु सचो सचु है गुरि सोझी पाई ॥१६॥ Sabẖ kicẖẖ sacẖo sacẖ hai gur sojẖī pā▫ī. ||16|| He is True, the Truest of the True; the Guru has imparted this understanding. ||16||
