ਆਪਿ ਅਲਿਪਤੁ ਸਦਾ ਰਹੈ ਹੋਰਿ ਧੰਧੈ ਸਭਿ ਧਾਵਹਿ ॥ आपि अलिपतु सदा रहै होरि धंधै सभि धावहि ॥ Āp alipaṯ saḏā rahai hor ḏẖanḏẖai sabẖ ḏẖāvėh. He Himself remains unattached forever; all others run after worldly affairs. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਈਐ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਹਿ ॥ सदा सदा हरि धिआईऐ गुरमुखि सुखु पावहि ॥ Saḏā saḏā har ḏẖi▫ā▫ī▫ai gurmukẖ sukẖ pāvahi. Meditating on the Lord forever and ever, the Gurmukh finds peace. ਆਪਿ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਅਚਲੁ ਹੈ ਹੋਰਿ ਆਵਹਿ ਜਾਵਹਿ ॥ आपि निहचलु अचलु है होरि आवहि जावहि ॥ Āp nihcẖal acẖal hai hor āvahi jāvėh. He Himself is eternal, unchanging and unmoving; the others continue coming and going in reincarnation. ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਵਾਸਾ ਪਾਈਐ ਸਚਿ ਸਿਫਤਿ ਸਮਾਵਹਿ ॥ निज घरि वासा पाईऐ सचि सिफति समावहि ॥ Nij gẖar vāsā pā▫ī▫ai sacẖ sifaṯ samāvėh. He dwells in the home of his own inner being, absorbed in the Praise of the True Lord. ਸਚਾ ਗਹਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਬੁਝਾਈ ॥੮॥ सचा गहिर ग्मभीरु है गुर सबदि बुझाई ॥८॥ Sacẖā gahir gambẖīr hai gur sabaḏ bujẖā▫ī. ||8|| The True Lord is profound and unfathomable; through the Word of the Guru's Shabad, He is understood. ||8||
