ਜਲਣਿ ਬੁਝੀ ਸੀਤਲ ਭਏ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਉਪਜੀ ਸਾਂਤਿ ॥ जलणि बुझी सीतल भए मनि तनि उपजी सांति ॥ Jalaṇ bujẖī sīṯal bẖa▫e man ṯan upjī sāʼnṯ. The fire of desire is cooled and quenched; my mind and body are filled with peace and tranquility. ਸਲੋਕ ॥ सलोक ॥ Salok. Shalok: ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਪੂਰਨ ਮਿਲੇ ਦੁਤੀਆ ਬਿਨਸੀ ਭ੍ਰਾਂਤਿ ॥੧॥ नानक प्रभ पूरन मिले दुतीआ बिनसी भ्रांति ॥१॥ Nānak parabẖ pūran mile ḏuṯī▫ā binsī bẖarāʼnṯ. ||1|| O Nanak, I have met my Perfect God; the illusion of duality is dispelled. ||1|| ਸਾਧ ਪਠਾਏ ਆਪਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਮ ਤੁਮ ਤੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਦੂਰਿ ॥ साध पठाए आपि हरि हम तुम ते नाही दूरि ॥ Sāḏẖ paṯẖā▫e āp har ham ṯum ṯe nāhī ḏūr. The Lord Himself sent His Holy Saints, to tell us that He is not far away. ਨਾਨਕ ਭ੍ਰਮ ਭੈ ਮਿਟਿ ਗਏ ਰਮਣ ਰਾਮ ਭਰਪੂਰਿ ॥੨॥ नानक भ्रम भै मिटि गए रमण राम भरपूरि ॥२॥ Nānak bẖaram bẖai mit ga▫e ramaṇ rām bẖarpūr. ||2|| O Nanak, doubt and fear are dispelled, chanting the Name of the all-pervading Lord. ||2||
