ਰਾਮਕਲੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ रामकली महला ५ ॥ Rāmkalī mėhlā 5. Raamkalee, Fifth Mehl: ਕਰਨ ਕਰਾਵਨ ਸੋਈ ॥ करन करावन सोई ॥ Karan karāvan so▫ī. He is the Creator, the Cause of causes; ਆਨ ਨ ਦੀਸੈ ਕੋਈ ॥ आन न दीसै कोई ॥ Ān na ḏīsai ko▫ī. I do not see any other at all. ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਘੜੁ ਸੁਜਾਨਾ ॥ ठाकुरु मेरा सुघड़ु सुजाना ॥ Ŧẖākur merā sugẖaṛ sujānā. My Lord and Master is wise and all-knowing. ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਰੰਗੁ ਮਾਨਾ ॥੧॥ गुरमुखि मिलिआ रंगु माना ॥१॥ Gurmukẖ mili▫ā rang mānā. ||1|| Meeting with the Gurmukh, I enjoy His Love. ||1|| ਐਸੋ ਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਮੀਠਾ ॥ ऐसो रे हरि रसु मीठा ॥ Aiso re har ras mīṯẖā. Such is the sweet, subtle essence of the Lord. ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਕਿਨੈ ਵਿਰਲੈ ਡੀਠਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ गुरमुखि किनै विरलै डीठा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Gurmukẖ kinai virlai dīṯẖā. ||1|| rahā▫o. How rare are those who, as Gurmukh, taste it. ||1||Pause|| ਨਿਰਮਲ ਜੋਤਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ॥ निरमल जोति अम्रितु हरि नाम ॥ Nirmal joṯ amriṯ har nām. The Light of the Ambrosial Name of the Lord is immaculate and pure. ਪੀਵਤ ਅਮਰ ਭਏ ਨਿਹਕਾਮ ॥ पीवत अमर भए निहकाम ॥ Pīvaṯ amar bẖa▫e nihkām. Drinking it in, one becomes immortal and free of desire. ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਅਗਨਿ ਨਿਵਾਰੀ ॥ तनु मनु सीतलु अगनि निवारी ॥ Ŧan man sīṯal agan nivārī. The body and mind are cooled and soothed, and the fire is extinguished. ਅਨਦ ਰੂਪ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੇ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ॥੨॥ अनद रूप प्रगटे संसारी ॥२॥ Anaḏ rūp pargate sansārī. ||2|| Such a being is the embodiment of bliss, famous throughout the world. ||2|| ਕਿਆ ਦੇਵਉ ਜਾ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ किआ देवउ जा सभु किछु तेरा ॥ Ki▫ā ḏeva▫o jā sabẖ kicẖẖ ṯerā. What can I offer You, Lord? Everything belongs to You. ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰਿ ਜਾਉ ਲਖ ਬੇਰਾ ॥ सद बलिहारि जाउ लख बेरा ॥ Saḏ balihār jā▫o lakẖ berā. I am forever a sacrifice to You, hundreds of thousands of times. ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਜੀਉ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਦੇ ਸਾਜਿਆ ॥ तनु मनु जीउ पिंडु दे साजिआ ॥ Ŧan man jī▫o pind ḏe sāji▫ā. You blessed me, and fashioned my body, mind and soul. ਗੁਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਤੇ ਨੀਚੁ ਨਿਵਾਜਿਆ ॥੩॥ गुर किरपा ते नीचु निवाजिआ ॥३॥ Gur kirpā ṯe nīcẖ nivāji▫ā. ||3|| By Guru's Grace, this lowly being was exalted. ||3|| ਖੋਲਿ ਕਿਵਾਰਾ ਮਹਲਿ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ॥ खोलि किवारा महलि बुलाइआ ॥ Kẖol kivārā mahal bulā▫i▫ā. Opening the door, You summoned me to the Mansion of Your Presence. ਜੈਸਾ ਸਾ ਤੈਸਾ ਦਿਖਲਾਇਆ ॥ जैसा सा तैसा दिखलाइआ ॥ Jaisā sā ṯaisā ḏikẖlā▫i▫ā. As You are, so You have revealed Yourself to me. ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਭੁ ਪੜਦਾ ਤੂਟਾ ॥ कहु नानक सभु पड़दा तूटा ॥ Kaho Nānak sabẖ paṛ▫ḏā ṯūtā. Says Nanak, the screen is totally torn away; ਹਉ ਤੇਰਾ ਤੂ ਮੈ ਮਨਿ ਵੂਠਾ ॥੪॥੩॥੧੪॥ हउ तेरा तू मै मनि वूठा ॥४॥३॥१४॥ Ha▫o ṯerā ṯū mai man vūṯẖā. ||4||3||14|| I am Yours, and You are enshrined within my mind. ||4||3||14||
