ਸਰੀਰ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਭੀਤਰੇ ਆਛੈ ਕਮਲ ਅਨੂਪ ॥ सरीर सरोवर भीतरे आछै कमल अनूप ॥ Sareer sarovar bʰeeṫré aachʰæ kamal anoop. Within the pool of the body, there is an incomparably beautiful lotus flower. ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ॥ बिलावलु ॥ Bilaaval. Bilaaval: ਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਭਜੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਤਜਹੁ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ रे मन हरि भजु भ्रमु तजहु जगजीवन राम ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Ré man har bʰaj bʰaram ṫajahu jagjeevan raam. ||1|| rahaa▫o. O my mind! Vibrate, meditate on the Lord, and forsake your doubt. The Lord is the Life of the World. ||1||Pause|| ਪਰਮ ਜੋਤਿ ਪੁਰਖੋਤਮੋ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਰੇਖ ਨ ਰੂਪ ॥੧॥ परम जोति पुरखोतमो जा कै रेख न रूप ॥१॥ Param joṫ purkʰoṫamo jaa kæ rékʰ na roop. ||1|| Within it, is the Supreme Light, the Supreme Soul, who has no feature or form. ||1|| ਆਵਤ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਦੀਸਈ ਨਹ ਦੀਸੈ ਜਾਤ ॥ आवत कछू न दीसई नह दीसै जात ॥ Aavaṫ kachʰoo na ḋees▫ee nah ḋeesæ jaaṫ. Nothing is seen coming into the world, and nothing is seen leaving it. ਜਹ ਉਪਜੈ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਤਹੀ ਜੈਸੇ ਪੁਰਿਵਨ ਪਾਤ ॥੨॥ जह उपजै बिनसै तही जैसे पुरिवन पात ॥२॥ Jah upjæ binsæ ṫahee jæsé purivan paaṫ. ||2|| Where the body is born, there it dies, like the leaves of the water-lily. ||2|| ਮਿਥਿਆ ਕਰਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਤਜੀ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥ मिथिआ करि माइआ तजी सुख सहज बीचारि ॥ Miṫʰi▫aa kar maa▫i▫aa ṫajee sukʰ sahj beechaar. Maya is false and transitory; forsaking it, one obtains peaceful, celestial contemplation. ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਹੁ ਮਨ ਮੰਝਿ ਮੁਰਾਰਿ ॥੩॥੧੦॥ कहि कबीर सेवा करहु मन मंझि मुरारि ॥३॥१०॥ Kahi Kabeer sévaa karahu man manjʰ muraar. ||3||10|| Says Kabir, serve Him within your mind; He is the Enemy of ego, the Destroyer of demons. ||3||10||
