ਸਰੀਰ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਭੀਤਰੇ ਆਛੈ ਕਮਲ ਅਨੂਪ ॥ सरीर सरोवर भीतरे आछै कमल अनूप ॥ Sarīr sarovar bẖīṯre ācẖẖai kamal anūp. Within the pool of the body, there is an incomparably beautiful lotus flower. ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ॥ बिलावलु ॥ Bilāval. Bilaaval: ਰੇ ਮਨ ਹਰਿ ਭਜੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਤਜਹੁ ਜਗਜੀਵਨ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ रे मन हरि भजु भ्रमु तजहु जगजीवन राम ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Re man har bẖaj bẖaram ṯajahu jagjīvan rām. ||1|| rahā▫o. O my mind, vibrate, meditate on the Lord, and forsake your doubt. The Lord is the Life of the World. ||1||Pause|| ਪਰਮ ਜੋਤਿ ਪੁਰਖੋਤਮੋ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਰੇਖ ਨ ਰੂਪ ॥੧॥ परम जोति पुरखोतमो जा कै रेख न रूप ॥१॥ Param joṯ purkẖoṯamo jā kai rekẖ na rūp. ||1|| Within it, is the Supreme Light, the Supreme Soul, who has no feature or form. ||1|| ਆਵਤ ਕਛੂ ਨ ਦੀਸਈ ਨਹ ਦੀਸੈ ਜਾਤ ॥ आवत कछू न दीसई नह दीसै जात ॥ Āvaṯ kacẖẖū na ḏīs▫ī nah ḏīsai jāṯ. Nothing is seen coming into the world, and nothing is seen leaving it. ਜਹ ਉਪਜੈ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਤਹੀ ਜੈਸੇ ਪੁਰਿਵਨ ਪਾਤ ॥੨॥ जह उपजै बिनसै तही जैसे पुरिवन पात ॥२॥ Jah upjai binsai ṯahī jaise purivan pāṯ. ||2|| Where the body is born, there it dies, like the leaves of the water-lily. ||2|| ਮਿਥਿਆ ਕਰਿ ਮਾਇਆ ਤਜੀ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥ मिथिआ करि माइआ तजी सुख सहज बीचारि ॥ Mithi▫ā kar mā▫i▫ā ṯajī sukẖ sahj bīcẖār. Maya is false and transitory; forsaking it, one obtains peaceful, celestial contemplation. ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਹੁ ਮਨ ਮੰਝਿ ਮੁਰਾਰਿ ॥੩॥੧੦॥ कहि कबीर सेवा करहु मन मंझि मुरारि ॥३॥१०॥ Kahi Kabīr sevā karahu man manjẖ murār. ||3||10|| Says Kabeer, serve Him within your mind; He is the Enemy of ego, the Destroyer of demons. ||3||10||
