ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥ Ik▫oaʼnkār saṯgur parsāḏ. One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru: ਨਾਥ ਕਛੂਅ ਨ ਜਾਨਉ ॥ नाथ कछूअ न जानउ ॥ Nāth kacẖẖū▫a na jān▫o. O my Lord and Master, I know nothing. ਤੁਮ ਕਹੀਅਤ ਹੌ ਜਗਤ ਗੁਰ ਸੁਆਮੀ ॥ तुम कहीअत हौ जगत गुर सुआमी ॥ Ŧum kahī▫aṯ hou jagaṯ gur su▫āmī. You are called the Lord and Master, the Guru of the World. ਮਨੁ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੈ ਹਾਥਿ ਬਿਕਾਨਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ मनु माइआ कै हाथि बिकानउ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Man mā▫i▫ā kai hāth bikāna▫o. ||1|| rahā▫o. My mind has sold out, and is in Maya's hands. ||1||Pause|| ਹਮ ਕਹੀਅਤ ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਕੇ ਕਾਮੀ ॥੧॥ हम कहीअत कलिजुग के कामी ॥१॥ Ham kahī▫aṯ kalijug ke kāmī. ||1|| I am called a lustful being of the Dark Age of Kali Yuga. ||1|| ਇਨ ਪੰਚਨ ਮੇਰੋ ਮਨੁ ਜੁ ਬਿਗਾਰਿਓ ॥ इन पंचन मेरो मनु जु बिगारिओ ॥ In pancẖan mero man jo bigāri▫o. The five vices have corrupted my mind. ਪਲੁ ਪਲੁ ਹਰਿ ਜੀ ਤੇ ਅੰਤਰੁ ਪਾਰਿਓ ॥੨॥ पलु पलु हरि जी ते अंतरु पारिओ ॥२॥ Pal pal har jī ṯe anṯar pāri▫o. ||2|| Moment by moment, they lead me further away from the Lord. ||2|| ਜਤ ਦੇਖਉ ਤਤ ਦੁਖ ਕੀ ਰਾਸੀ ॥ जत देखउ तत दुख की रासी ॥ Jaṯ ḏekẖ▫a▫u ṯaṯ ḏukẖ kī rāsī. Wherever I look, I see loads of pain and suffering. ਅਜੌਂ ਨ ਪਤ੍ਯ੍ਯਾਇ ਨਿਗਮ ਭਏ ਸਾਖੀ ॥੩॥ अजौं न पत्याइ निगम भए साखी ॥३॥ Ajouʼn na paṯ▫yā▫e nigam bẖa▫e sākẖī. ||3|| I do not have faith, even though the Vedas bear witness to the Lord. ||3|| ਗੋਤਮ ਨਾਰਿ ਉਮਾਪਤਿ ਸ੍ਵਾਮੀ ॥ गोतम नारि उमापति स्वामी ॥ Goṯam nār umāpaṯ savāmī. Gautam's wife and the Lord Indra mated; ਇਨ ਦੂਤਨ ਖਲੁ ਬਧੁ ਕਰਿ ਮਾਰਿਓ ॥ इन दूतन खलु बधु करि मारिओ ॥ In ḏūṯan kẖal baḏẖ kar māri▫o. These demons have fooled, bound and destroyed me. ਬਡੋ ਨਿਲਾਜੁ ਅਜਹੂ ਨਹੀ ਹਾਰਿਓ ॥੫॥ बडो निलाजु अजहू नही हारिओ ॥५॥ Bado nilāj ajhū nahī hāri▫o. ||5|| I am very shameless - even now, I am not tired of them. ||5|| ਸੀਸੁ ਧਰਨਿ ਸਹਸ ਭਗ ਗਾਂਮੀ ॥੪॥ सीसु धरनि सहस भग गांमी ॥४॥ Sīs ḏẖaran sahas bẖag gāʼnmī. ||4|| Shiva cut off Brahma's head, Brahma's head got stuck to Shiva's hand, and Indra came to bear the marks of a thousand female organs. ||4|| ਕਹਿ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਕਹਾ ਕੈਸੇ ਕੀਜੈ ॥ कहि रविदास कहा कैसे कीजै ॥ Kahi Raviḏās kahā kaise kījai. Says Ravi Daas, what am I to do now? ਬਿਨੁ ਰਘੁਨਾਥ ਸਰਨਿ ਕਾ ਕੀ ਲੀਜੈ ॥੬॥੧॥ बिनु रघुनाथ सरनि का की लीजै ॥६॥१॥ Bin ragẖunāth saran kā kī lījai. ||6||1|| Without the Sanctuary of the Lord's Protection, who else's should I seek? ||6||1||
