ਜੈਤਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ जैतसरी महला ५ ॥ Jaiṯsarī mėhlā 5. Jaitsree, Fifth Mehl: ਲੋੜੀਦੜਾ ਸਾਜਨੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥ लोड़ीदड़ा साजनु मेरा ॥ Loṛīḏaṛā sājan merā. I seek my Friend the Lord. ਸੂਖਿ ਅਰਾਧਨੁ ਦੂਖਿ ਅਰਾਧਨੁ ਬਿਸਰੈ ਨ ਕਾਹੂ ਬੇਰਾ ॥ सूखि अराधनु दूखि अराधनु बिसरै न काहू बेरा ॥ Sūkẖ arāḏẖan ḏūkẖ arāḏẖan bisrai na kāhū berā. In good times, worship and adore Him; in bad times, worship and adore Him; do not ever forget Him. ਘਰਿ ਘਰਿ ਮੰਗਲ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਨੀਕੇ ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਤਿਸਹਿ ਬਸੇਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ घरि घरि मंगल गावहु नीके घटि घटि तिसहि बसेरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Gẖar gẖar mangal gāvhu nīke gẖat gẖat ṯisėh baserā. ||1|| rahā▫o. In each and every home, sing the sublime songs of rejoicing; He abides in each and every heart. ||1||Pause|| ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ ਕੋਟਿ ਸੂਰ ਉਜਾਰਾ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਭਰਮੁ ਅੰਧੇਰਾ ॥੧॥ नामु जपत कोटि सूर उजारा बिनसै भरमु अंधेरा ॥१॥ Nām japaṯ kot sūr ujārā binsai bẖaram anḏẖerā. ||1|| Chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord, the light of millions of suns shines forth, and the darkness of doubt is dispelled. ||1|| ਥਾਨਿ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ ਸਭਨੀ ਜਾਈ ਜੋ ਦੀਸੈ ਸੋ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ थानि थनंतरि सभनी जाई जो दीसै सो तेरा ॥ Thān thananṯar sabẖnī jā▫ī jo ḏīsai so ṯerā. In all the spaces and interspaces, everywhere, whatever we see is Yours. ਸੰਤਸੰਗਿ ਪਾਵੈ ਜੋ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਿਸੁ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਨ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਫੇਰਾ ॥੨॥੩॥੪॥ संतसंगि पावै जो नानक तिसु बहुरि न होई है फेरा ॥२॥३॥४॥ Saṯsang pāvai jo Nānak ṯis bahur na ho▫ī hai ferā. ||2||3||4|| One who finds the Society of the Saints, O Nanak, is not consigned to reincarnation again. ||2||3||4||
