ਅਬ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਖਨਹਾਰੁ ਚਿਤਾਰਿਆ ॥ अब हरि राखनहारु चितारिआ ॥ Ab har rākẖanhār cẖiṯāri▫ā. Now, I contemplate and meditate on the Lord, the Saviour Lord. ਧਨਾਸਿਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ धनासिरी महला ५ ॥ Ḏẖanāsirī mėhlā 5. Dhanaasaree, Fifth Mehl: ਪਤਿਤ ਪੁਨੀਤ ਕੀਏ ਖਿਨ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਸਗਲਾ ਰੋਗੁ ਬਿਦਾਰਿਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ पतित पुनीत कीए खिन भीतरि सगला रोगु बिदारिआ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Paṯiṯ punīṯ kī▫e kẖin bẖīṯar saglā rog biḏāri▫ā. ||1|| rahā▫o. He purifies sinners in an instant, and cures all diseases. ||1||Pause|| ਗੋਸਟਿ ਭਈ ਸਾਧ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਮਿ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਲੋਭੁ ਮਾਰਿਆ ॥ गोसटि भई साध कै संगमि काम क्रोधु लोभु मारिआ ॥ Gosat bẖa▫ī sāḏẖ kai sangam kām kroḏẖ lobẖ māri▫ā. Talking with the Holy Saints, my sexual desire, anger and greed have been eradicated. ਸਿਮਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਿ ਪੂਰਨ ਨਾਰਾਇਨ ਸੰਗੀ ਸਗਲੇ ਤਾਰਿਆ ॥੧॥ सिमरि सिमरि पूरन नाराइन संगी सगले तारिआ ॥१॥ Simar simar pūran nārā▫in sangī sagle ṯāri▫ā. ||1|| Remembering, remembering the Perfect Lord in meditation, I have saved all my companions. ||1|| ਅਉਖਧ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਮੂਲ ਮਨ ਏਕੈ ਮਨਿ ਬਿਸ੍ਵਾਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਧਾਰਿਆ ॥ अउखध मंत्र मूल मन एकै मनि बिस्वासु प्रभ धारिआ ॥ A▫ukẖaḏẖ manṯar mūl man ekai man bisvās parabẖ ḏẖāri▫ā. The Mul Mantra, the Root Mantra, is the only cure for the mind; I have installed faith in God in my mind. ਚਰਨ ਰੇਨ ਬਾਂਛੈ ਨਿਤ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਪੁਨਹ ਪੁਨਹ ਬਲਿਹਾਰਿਆ ॥੨॥੧੬॥ चरन रेन बांछै नित नानकु पुनह पुनह बलिहारिआ ॥२॥१६॥ Cẖaran ren bāʼncẖẖai niṯ Nānak punah punah balihāri▫ā. ||2||16|| Nanak ever longs for the dust of the Lord's feet; again and again, he is a sacrifice to the Lord. ||2||16||
