ਸੋਰਠਿ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ सोरठि महला ५ ॥ Soraṯẖ mėhlā 5. Sorat'h, Fifth Mehl: ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਗੁਨੀ ਗਹੇਰਾ ॥ साहिबु गुनी गहेरा ॥ Sāhib gunī gaherā. O Lord Master, You are the ocean of excellence. ਘਰੁ ਲਸਕਰੁ ਸਭੁ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ घरु लसकरु सभु तेरा ॥ Gẖar laskar sabẖ ṯerā. My home and all my possessions are Yours. ਰਖਵਾਲੇ ਗੁਰ ਗੋਪਾਲਾ ॥ रखवाले गुर गोपाला ॥ Rakẖvāle gur gopālā. The Guru, the Lord of the world, is my Savior. ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਲਾ ॥੧॥ सभि जीअ भए दइआला ॥१॥ Sabẖ jī▫a bẖa▫e ḏa▫i▫ālā. ||1|| All beings have become kind and compassionate to me. ||1|| ਜਪਿ ਅਨਦਿ ਰਹਉ ਗੁਰ ਚਰਣਾ ॥ जपि अनदि रहउ गुर चरणा ॥ Jap anaḏ raha▫o gur cẖarṇā. Meditating on the Guru's feet, I am in bliss. ਭਉ ਕਤਹਿ ਨਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਰਣਾ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ भउ कतहि नही प्रभ सरणा ॥ रहाउ ॥ Bẖa▫o kaṯėh nahī parabẖ sarṇā. Rahā▫o. There is no fear at all, in God's Sanctuary. ||Pause|| ਤੇਰਿਆ ਦਾਸਾ ਰਿਦੈ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ॥ तेरिआ दासा रिदै मुरारी ॥ Ŧeri▫ā ḏāsā riḏai murārī. You dwell in the hearts of Your slaves, Lord. ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਅਬਿਚਲ ਨੀਵ ਉਸਾਰੀ ॥ प्रभि अबिचल नीव उसारी ॥ Parabẖ abicẖal nīv usārī. God has laid the eternal foundation. ਬਲੁ ਧਨੁ ਤਕੀਆ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ बलु धनु तकीआ तेरा ॥ Bal ḏẖan ṯakī▫ā ṯerā. You are my strength, wealth and support. ਤੂ ਭਾਰੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਮੇਰਾ ॥੨॥ तू भारो ठाकुरु मेरा ॥२॥ Ŧū bẖāro ṯẖākur merā. ||2|| You are my Almighty Lord and Master. ||2|| ਜਿਨਿ ਜਿਨਿ ਸਾਧਸੰਗੁ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ जिनि जिनि साधसंगु पाइआ ॥ Jin jin sāḏẖsang pā▫i▫ā. Whoever finds the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, ਸੋ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਆਪਿ ਤਰਾਇਆ ॥ सो प्रभि आपि तराइआ ॥ So parabẖ āp ṯarā▫i▫ā. is saved by God Himself. ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਮ ਰਸੁ ਦੀਆ ॥ करि किरपा नाम रसु दीआ ॥ Kar kirpā nām ras ḏī▫ā. By His Grace, He has blessed me with the sublime essence of the Naam. ਕੁਸਲ ਖੇਮ ਸਭ ਥੀਆ ॥੩॥ कुसल खेम सभ थीआ ॥३॥ Kusal kẖem sabẖ thī▫ā. ||3|| All joy and pleasure then came to me. ||3|| ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਸਹਾਈ ॥ होए प्रभू सहाई ॥ Ho▫e parabẖū sahā▫ī. God became my helper and my best friend; ਸਭ ਉਠਿ ਲਾਗੀ ਪਾਈ ॥ सभ उठि लागी पाई ॥ Sabẖ uṯẖ lāgī pā▫ī. everyone rises up and bows down at my feet. ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਧਿਆਈਐ ॥ सासि सासि प्रभु धिआईऐ ॥ Sās sās parabẖ ḏẖi▫ā▫ī▫ai. With each and every breath, meditate on God; ਹਰਿ ਮੰਗਲੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਗਾਈਐ ॥੪॥੪॥੫੪॥ हरि मंगलु नानक गाईऐ ॥४॥४॥५४॥ Har mangal Nānak gā▫ī▫ai. ||4||4||54|| O Nanak, sing the songs of joy to the Lord. ||4||4||54||
