ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥ नानक नामु निधानु है गुरमुखि पाइआ जाइ ॥ Nānak nām niḏẖān hai gurmukẖ pā▫i▫ā jā▫e. O Nanak, the Naam, the Name of the Lord, is the treasure, which the Gurmukhs obtain. ਸਲੋਕ ਮਃ ੩ ॥ सलोक मः ३ ॥ Salok mėhlā 3. Shalok, Third Mehl: ਮਨਮੁਖ ਘਰਿ ਹੋਦੀ ਵਥੁ ਨ ਜਾਣਨੀ ਅੰਧੇ ਭਉਕਿ ਮੁਏ ਬਿਲਲਾਇ ॥੧॥ मनमुख घरि होदी वथु न जाणनी अंधे भउकि मुए बिललाइ ॥१॥ Manmukẖ gẖar hoḏī vath na jāṇnī anḏẖe bẖa▫uk mu▫e billā▫e. ||1|| The self-willed manmukhs are blind; they do not realize that it is within their own home. They die barking and crying. ||1||
