ਏਹਾ ਕਾਇਆ ਰੋਗਿ ਭਰੀ ਬਿਨੁ ਸਬਦੈ ਦੁਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥ एहा काइआ रोगि भरी बिनु सबदै दुखु हउमै रोगु न जाइ ॥ Ėhā kā▫i▫ā rog bẖarī bin sabḏai ḏukẖ ha▫umai rog na jā▫e. This body is filled with disease; without the Word of the Shabad, the pain of the disease of ego does not depart. ਮਃ ੩ ॥ मः ३ ॥ Mėhlā 3. Third Mehl: ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮਿਲੈ ਤਾ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਹੋਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੋ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਇ ॥ सतिगुरु मिलै ता निरमल होवै हरि नामो मंनि वसाइ ॥ Saṯgur milai ṯā nirmal hovai har nāmo man vasā▫e. When one meets the True Guru, then he becomes immaculately pure, and he enshrines the Lord's Name within his mind. ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਦੁਖੁ ਵਿਸਰਿਆ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਇ ॥੨॥ नानक नामु धिआइआ सुखदाता दुखु विसरिआ सहजि सुभाइ ॥२॥ Nānak nām ḏẖi▫ā▫i▫ā sukẖ▫ḏāṯa ḏukẖ visri▫ā sahj subẖā▫e. ||2|| O Nanak, meditating on the Naam, the Name of the Peace-Giving Lord, his pains are automatically forgotten. ||2||
