ਆਦਿ ਜੁਗਾਦੀ ਆਪਿ ਰਖਣ ਵਾਲਿਆ ॥ आदि जुगादी आपि रखण वालिआ ॥ Āḏ jugāḏī āp rakẖaṇ vāli▫ā. From the beginning, and through the ages, You have been our Protector and Preserver. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਊਣਾ ਕਹੀ ਨ ਹੋਇ ਘਟੇ ਘਟਿ ਸਾਰਿਆ ॥ ऊणा कही न होइ घटे घटि सारिआ ॥ Ūṇā kahī na ho▫e gẖate gẖat sāri▫ā. You do not lack anything; You are filling each and every heart. ਮਿਹਰਵਾਨ ਸਮਰਥ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਘਾਲਿਆ ॥ मिहरवान समरथ आपे ही घालिआ ॥ Miharvān samrath āpe hī gẖāli▫ā. You are merciful and all-powerful; You Yourself cause us to serve You. ਸਚੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਰਤਾਰੁ ਸਚੁ ਪਸਾਰਿਆ ॥ सचु नामु करतारु सचु पसारिआ ॥ Sacẖ nām karṯār sacẖ pasāri▫ā. True is Your Name, O Creator Lord, and True is Your Creation. ਜਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ਮਨਿ ਵੁਠਾ ਆਪਿ ਸੇ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖਾਲਿਆ ॥ जिन्ह मनि वुठा आपि से सदा सुखालिआ ॥ Jinĥ man vuṯẖā āp se saḏā sukẖāli▫ā. Those whose minds in which You dwell are forever at peace. ਆਪੇ ਰਚਨੁ ਰਚਾਇ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਪਾਲਿਆ ॥ आपे रचनु रचाइ आपे ही पालिआ ॥ Āpe racẖan racẖā▫e āpe hī pāli▫ā. Having created the creation, You Yourself cherish it. ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਆਪੇ ਆਪਿ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਅਪਾਰਿਆ ॥ सभु किछु आपे आपि बेअंत अपारिआ ॥ Sabẖ kicẖẖ āpe āp be▫anṯ apāri▫ā. You Yourself are everything, O infinite, endless Lord. ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀ ਟੇਕ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੰਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਾਲਿਆ ॥੧੯॥ गुर पूरे की टेक नानक सम्हालिआ ॥१९॥ Gur pūre kī tek Nānak sammĥāli▫ā. ||19|| Nanak seeks the Protection and Support of the Perfect Guru. ||19||
