ਸਤੁ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਸਭੁ ਸਚੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਵਿਤਾ ॥ सतु संतोखु सभु सचु है गुरमुखि पविता ॥ Saṯ sanṯokẖ sabẖ sacẖ hai gurmukẖ paviṯā. The Gurmukh is totally truthful, content and pure. ਅੰਦਰਹੁ ਕਪਟੁ ਵਿਕਾਰੁ ਗਇਆ ਮਨੁ ਸਹਜੇ ਜਿਤਾ ॥ अंदरहु कपटु विकारु गइआ मनु सहजे जिता ॥ Anḏrahu kapat vikār ga▫i▫ā man sėhje jiṯā. Deception and wickedness have departed from within him, and he easily conquers his mind. ਪਉੜੀ ॥ पउड़ी ॥ Pa▫oṛī. Pauree: ਤਹ ਜੋਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸੁ ਅਨੰਦ ਰਸੁ ਅਗਿਆਨੁ ਗਵਿਤਾ ॥ तह जोति प्रगासु अनंद रसु अगिआनु गविता ॥ Ŧah joṯ pargās anand ras agi▫ān gaviṯā. There, the Divine Light and the essence of bliss are manifest, and ignorance is eliminated. ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ ਰਵੈ ਗੁਣ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਕਿਤਾ ॥ अनदिनु हरि के गुण रवै गुण परगटु किता ॥ An▫ḏin har ke guṇ ravai guṇ pargat kiṯā. Night and day, he sings the Glorious Praises of the Lord, and manifests the excellence of the Lord. ਸਭਨਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਇਕੋ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਤਾ ॥੯॥ सभना दाता एकु है इको हरि मिता ॥९॥ Sabẖnā ḏāṯā ek hai iko har miṯā. ||9|| The One Lord is the Giver of all; the Lord alone is our friend. ||9||
