ਏ ਮਨ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਸਿਖ ਸੁਣਿ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਗੁਣੀ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ॥ ए मन गुर की सिख सुणि हरि पावहि गुणी निधानु ॥ Ė man gur kī sikẖ suṇ har pāvahi guṇī niḏẖān. O mind, listen to the Guru's Teachings, and you shall obtain the treasure of virtue. ਮਃ ੩ ॥ मः ३ ॥ Mėhlā 3. Third Mehl: ਨਾਨਕ ਨਦਰੀ ਪਾਈਐ ਤਾ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਲਾਗੈ ਧਿਆਨੁ ॥੨॥ नानक नदरी पाईऐ ता अनदिनु लागै धिआनु ॥२॥ Nānak naḏrī pā▫ī▫ai ṯā an▫ḏin lāgai ḏẖi▫ān. ||2|| O Nanak, when the Lord bestows His Glance of Grace, then, night and day, one centers his meditation on the Lord. ||2|| ਹਰਿ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਜਾਇ ਗੁਮਾਨੁ ॥ हरि सुखदाता मनि वसै हउमै जाइ गुमानु ॥ Har sukẖ▫ḏāṯa man vasai ha▫umai jā▫e gumān. The Lord, the Giver of peace, shall dwell in your mind, and your egotism and pride shall depart.
