ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਜੀਤਾ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੂਟੀ ਭੀਤਾ ਭਰਮ ਗੜਾ ॥ गुर मिलि जीता हरि हरि कीता तूटी भीता भरम गड़ा ॥ Gur mil jīṯā har har kīṯā ṯūtī bẖīṯā bẖaram gaṛā. Meeting the Guru, I am victorious; praising the Lord, Har, Har, the walls of the fortress of doubt have been destroyed. ਬਿਖਮੋ ਬਿਖਮੁ ਅਖਾੜਾ ਮੈ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਜੀਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ बिखमो बिखमु अखाड़ा मै गुर मिलि जीता राम ॥ Bikẖmo bikẖam akẖāṛā mai gur mil jīṯā rām. Meeting the Guru, I have won the most arduous battle in the arena of life. ਸੋਈ ਸੁਗਿਆਨਾ ਸੋ ਪਰਧਾਨਾ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਅਪਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ॥ सोई सुगिआना सो परधाना जो प्रभि अपना कीता ॥ So▫ī sugi▫ānā so parḏẖānā jo parabẖ apnā kīṯā. He is the man of spiritual wisdom, and he is the leader, whom God has made His own. ਪਾਇਆ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਨਿਧਾਨਾ ਸਾਣਥ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਪਿ ਖੜਾ ॥ पाइआ खजाना बहुतु निधाना साणथ मेरी आपि खड़ा ॥ Pā▫i▫ā kẖajānā bahuṯ niḏẖānā sāṇath merī āp kẖaṛā. I have obtained the wealth of so many treasures; the Lord Himself has stood by my side. ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਾਂ ਵਲਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤਾ ਸਰਸੇ ਭਾਈ ਮੀਤਾ ॥੪॥੧॥ कहु नानक जां वलि सुआमी ता सरसे भाई मीता ॥४॥१॥ Kaho Nānak jāʼn val su▫āmī ṯā sarse bẖā▫ī mīṯā. ||4||1|| Says Nanak, when the Lord and Master is on my side, then my brothers and friends rejoice. ||4||1||
