ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਭਗਤਿ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਹੈ ਗੁਰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
हरि अम्रित भगति भंडार है गुर सतिगुर पासे राम राजे ॥
Har amriṯ bẖagaṯ bẖandār hai gur saṯgur pāse rām rāje.
The treasure of Ambrosial Nectar, the Lord's devotional service, is found through the Guru, the True Guru, O Lord King.

ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ
आसा महला ४ ॥
Āsā mėhlā 4.
Aasaa, Fourth Mehl:

ਧਨੁ ਧੰਨੁ ਵਣਜਾਰਾ ਵਣਜੁ ਹੈ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਾਹੁ ਸਾਬਾਸੇ
धनु धंनु वणजारा वणजु है गुरु साहु साबासे ॥
Ḏẖan ḏẖan vaṇjārā vaṇaj hai gur sāhu sābāse.
Blessed, blessed is the trader and the trade; how wonderful is the Banker, the Guru!

ਗੁਰੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹੁ ਹੈ ਸਿਖ ਦੇਇ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਸੇ
गुरु सतिगुरु सचा साहु है सिख देइ हरि रासे ॥
Gur saṯgur sacẖā sāhu hai sikẖ ḏe▫e har rāse.
The Guru, the True Guru, is the True Banker, who gives to His Sikh the capital of the Lord.

ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਤਿਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਿਨ ਧੁਰਿ ਲਿਖਤੁ ਲਿਲਾਟਿ ਲਿਖਾਸੇ ॥੧॥
जनु नानकु गुरु तिन्ही पाइआ जिन धुरि लिखतु लिलाटि लिखासे ॥१॥
Jan Nānak gur ṯinĥī pā▫i▫ā jin ḏẖur likẖaṯ lilāt likẖāse. ||1||
O servant Nanak, they alone obtain the Guru, who have such pre-ordained destiny written upon their foreheads. ||1||

ਸਚੁ ਸਾਹੁ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਤੂੰ ਧਣੀ ਸਭੁ ਜਗਤੁ ਵਣਜਾਰਾ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
सचु साहु हमारा तूं धणी सभु जगतु वणजारा राम राजे ॥
Sacẖ sāhu hamārā ṯūʼn ḏẖaṇī sabẖ jagaṯ vaṇjārā rām rāje.
You are my True Banker, O Lord; the whole world is Your trader, O Lord King.

ਸਭ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਤੁਧੈ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਵਿਚਿ ਵਸਤੁ ਹਰਿ ਥਾਰਾ
सभ भांडे तुधै साजिआ विचि वसतु हरि थारा ॥
Sabẖ bẖāʼnde ṯuḏẖai sāji▫ā vicẖ vasaṯ har thārā.
You fashioned all vessels, O Lord, and that which dwells within is also Yours.

ਜੋ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਵਿਚਿ ਵਸਤੁ ਸਾ ਨਿਕਲੈ ਕਿਆ ਕੋਈ ਕਰੇ ਵੇਚਾਰਾ
जो पावहि भांडे विचि वसतु सा निकलै किआ कोई करे वेचारा ॥
Jo pāvahi bẖāʼnde vicẖ vasaṯ sā niklai ki▫ā ko▫ī kare vecẖārā.
Whatever You place in that vessel, that alone comes out again. What can the poor creatures do?

ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਬਖਸਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਭੰਡਾਰਾ ॥੨॥
जन नानक कउ हरि बखसिआ हरि भगति भंडारा ॥२॥
Jan Nānak ka▫o har bakẖsi▫ā har bẖagaṯ bẖandārā. ||2||
The Lord has given the treasure of His devotional worship to servant Nanak. ||2||

ਹਮ ਕਿਆ ਗੁਣ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਥਰਹ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਤੂੰ ਅਪਰ ਅਪਾਰੋ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
हम किआ गुण तेरे विथरह सुआमी तूं अपर अपारो राम राजे ॥
Ham ki▫ā guṇ ṯere vithrėh su▫āmī ṯūʼn apar apāro rām rāje.
What Glorious Virtues of Yours can I describe, O Lord and Master? You are the most infinite of the infinite, O Lord King.

ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਾਲਾਹਹ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤਿ ਏਹਾ ਆਸ ਆਧਾਰੋ
हरि नामु सालाहह दिनु राति एहा आस आधारो ॥
Har nām sālāhah ḏin rāṯ ehā ās āḏẖāro.
I praise the Lord's Name, day and night; this alone is my hope and support.

ਹਮ ਮੂਰਖ ਕਿਛੂਅ ਜਾਣਹਾ ਕਿਵ ਪਾਵਹ ਪਾਰੋ
हम मूरख किछूअ न जाणहा किव पावह पारो ॥
Ham mūrakẖ kicẖẖū▫a na jāṇhā kiv pāvah pāro.
I am a fool, and I know nothing. How can I find Your limits?

ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਦਾਸੁ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਦਾਸ ਪਨਿਹਾਰੋ ॥੩॥
जनु नानकु हरि का दासु है हरि दास पनिहारो ॥३॥
Jan Nānak har kā ḏās hai har ḏās panihāro. ||3||
Servant Nanak is the slave of the Lord, the water-carrier of the slaves of the Lord. ||3||

ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਉ ਰਾਖਿ ਲੈ ਹਮ ਸਰਣਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਆਏ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ
जिउ भावै तिउ राखि लै हम सरणि प्रभ आए राम राजे ॥
Ji▫o bẖāvai ṯi▫o rākẖ lai ham saraṇ parabẖ ā▫e rām rāje.
As it pleases You, You save me; I have come seeking Your Sanctuary, O God, O Lord King.

ਹਮ ਭੂਲਿ ਵਿਗਾੜਹ ਦਿਨਸੁ ਰਾਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਾਜ ਰਖਾਏ
हम भूलि विगाड़ह दिनसु राति हरि लाज रखाए ॥
Ham bẖūl vigāṛah ḏinas rāṯ har lāj rakẖā▫e.
I am wandering around, ruining myself day and night; O Lord, please save my honor!

ਹਮ ਬਾਰਿਕ ਤੂੰ ਗੁਰੁ ਪਿਤਾ ਹੈ ਦੇ ਮਤਿ ਸਮਝਾਏ
हम बारिक तूं गुरु पिता है दे मति समझाए ॥
Ham bārik ṯūʼn gur piṯā hai ḏe maṯ samjẖā▫e.
I am just a child; You, O Guru, are my father. Please give me understanding and instruction.

ਜਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦਾਸੁ ਹਰਿ ਕਾਂਢਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਪੈਜ ਰਖਾਏ ॥੪॥੧੦॥੧੭॥
जनु नानकु दासु हरि कांढिआ हरि पैज रखाए ॥४॥१०॥१७॥
Jan Nānak ḏās har kāʼndẖi▫ā har paij rakẖā▫e. ||4||10||17||
Servant Nanak is known as the Lord's slave; O Lord, please preserve his honor! ||4||10||17||
